After a long day of traveling around Germany all I wanted was to rest, eat, and drink some beer. Everything was going great until two big groups came in and the manager said I couldn’t use any table at the restaurant until 9:30. Two hours after my arrival. I sat at the bar and everything was going great until the manager took over the bar and got overwhelmed with many guests coming down to order food. I finished my drink and asked her for a second beer and she said I’d have to wait until everyone in Line got served. As a manager myself, in América you don’t make someone wait if they already have an open tab. I told her it was not right and she said well thats how we do it here. How rude?? She cannot be making offensive and uncomfortable comments towards guest. Anyways, she was nicely dressed but thats all she was good for. If I knew I had my hotel booked completely you hire or bring in more personel. She needs to be coached better. The guest is always right regardless of what we think. The guest pays for a service. They keep us in bussiness. I will not be staying at an Ibis everything again.

Great accessible hotel to airport and 20/25 mins from city centre. Trams are literally on the door step. Staff are friendly and rooms are nice. Cant complain for the price, upon arrival staff were nice. Housekeeping cleaned room every day too.

Had a good night’s stay at ibis budget airport hotel. Room is basic but functional for what we needed. Very close to the airport- only 2 stops on the tram. Would stay again. Only thing I would mention is that it probably wouldn’t be suitable for people who don’t know each other very well as the toilet and shower are literally next to the bed and there isn’t really room to dry off/get changed in the shower cubicle.

Good location for international travellers. Very near the airport too. Space is a bit tight, difficult to live by 3 people. However they let us keep our luggage after check out, very friendly staff. Note that Zurich day passes aren't included with the booking.

Wonderful hotel 5 min away from airport via Tram #10 and #12. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The bunk bed option worked well since we were traveling with our son. Friendly staff and nearby grocery options 1-2 tram stops away from hotel. Highly recommend!
