Average stay, average location - we had a car so could get around but if not - I wouldn’t recommend the location. Breakfast was simple with not many options for dietary restrictions/allergies. Breakfast staff was almost always busy to answer questions about allergies. Room & beds were comfortable, lobby was well styled.

I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. I spoke to Thomas at the front desk and he quickly had housekeeping (Yasmin) come to my room with 3 different options. She was so helpful, cheerful and so pleasant. I appreciated her help in insuring a restful sleep.

We had a lovely stay here. Our room was clean and reasonably sized. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. The power outlets next to the bed were a bonus. The hotel was close to the trams, making it easy to get to the train or bus station. The only downside was that the pool was deeper in the center and had an odd shape. Overall, it was a good stay.

I stayed two nights at this hotel, which offers all the usual advantages of Accor/Novotel properties: a convenient, easily accessible location, underground parking, and a varied breakfast with a nice selection. We received excellent advice on things to see and do in Zurich from a very energetic and helpful staff member. As everywhere, the quietness of the place also depends on the other guests — large, lively families from faraway places can sometimes affect the tranquility a bit. Still, this hotel is well connected by tram lines 4 and 8, making it easy to reach all parts of Zurich without any traffic issues. Overall, a very convenient choice.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but I get the impression that it is gradually getting worse. The location is fine and the hotel rooms are reasonably sized but the level of service is well below the standard the I would expect from a Novotel / 4 star hotel. The check-in desk staff were both rude and unhelpful and the breakfast is poor quality with only tinned fresh fruit. The gym is rather small and with only one upright bike and one running machine it was difficult to get a workout in as it was quite busy, even very early in the morning. There is also no cleaning product in the gym only paper towel which is far from hygienic.
