My son was sick the first night so I asked the sheets were changed and his pijamas laundered. Came back end of day and sheets not changed so asked it was done. Took kids up to bed to find sheets still not changed. Got a nights refund and new sheets which I changed myself. Then found laundry hasn’t been done. Staff couldn’t care less. Really appalling. Wish I’d booked elsewhere or an air bnb. Really important trip as we relocate but experience just created unneeded stress.

Attended the Flave for 3 nights in a row because the mixologist was very friendly and welcoming. Each night he remembered us and asked if wanted our previous drinks 😂 he also had a great memory for the other guests if they were new or returning guests! A lovely atmosphere and great service A. Receptionist Fatou is so accommodating, she made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. They run out of rooms for 3pax in IBIS Hotel so, she upgrade our room to superior room at Novotel with no extra cost.👍 The hotel room is sanitary and hygenic, the bedsheet is soft and comfortable. Nice place to get some rest from tiring day💕
