Great hotel, Modern clean comfortable rooms, in a trendy area. Quick easy checkin by Leon, and he was so helpful with my many questions, and inquiries during my stay. The hotel has a resturant and bar on site. Hotel is close to many bars, restaurants, and Migros, that are just steps away. It is easy to take the S16 Train from the Airport, to the Hardbrucke station. The Tram 4 in front of the Hotel (Schiffbau Sta), will take you to the Sihlquia/HB, that has the main train/bus station and tour group meeting points. I took the Tram 4 each morning to the Best of Switzerland’s Tour meeting location. Breakfast buffet from 6:30am to approx 9:30am, was excellent, that had abundant choices. Area was in safe area, with easy access to public transportation, using the SBB mobile app. All staff encountered were so professional. Great value and recommend

My stay at Ibis was exceptional, and I can’t praise Mrs. Vjollca, the manager, enough. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm welcome and helpful attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to experience such personalized service, and she truly made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel

I met an honorable lady named Vjollca when I was having breakfast. She was a wonderful person and her service was perfect. ibis Hotel is lucky to have Vjollca❤️Beside this, everything in this hotel was very perfect, cleaning, food, communication etc

The distance of the hotel from the city center was suitable, access to public transportation was easy, the location of the hotel is quiet and there are good restaurants and bars around it. In front of it, in PLUS 5, you can find various foods and a supermarket. We stayed there for the birthday of our four-year-old son and it was a good stay. Thanks to the very good treatment of the staff, especially Mrs. VJoLLCA, who was very friendly and made our child happier.

They were happy to store our baggage while in the cosmos trip, also on our last one night stay the let us store while we went out for the day. Made such a difference. Complimentary drink card comes with your room key. No one told us about it. I found it when reading the key cover. They provide a outlet for universal adapter. Most Swiss hotels we stayed in did not. Some you could get at desk when leaving a deposit. Rooms are not very big. However, they are clean and for one or two nights are good. No facilities to make tea or coffee in room or when we asked the staff. Not a lot of shops nearby and nothing open on Sunday.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we are a 3 stars hotel, and we dont provide tea kettle. But you have in the lobby a self service area. We have a decent shopping center just in the front of the hotel, but it is not a MALL and we have various shop within 5 mn walking distance. After for the big one, you have to take the tram, and within 15 mn you are in. Regarding the Sunday, it is not the fault of the hotel, it is just the local culture in all Switzerland.We hope that we will see you again
