we loved this hotel. room spacious and amazing bathroom. non slip floor tiles and several rails for either towels or safety , and even a pull down shower seat. Each floor has a water filter machine and each room 2 glass bottles eliminating any plastic bottles. There is a shopping mall right next door.It is out of the city centre but taxis are cheap. Friendly and helpful staff.

We found the staff from reception to the restaurant extra friendly and helpful. In particular we’d like to mention Radostin and Damjan who recommended some fabulous restaurants and provided great sightseeing tips. The hotel was modern and rebranded, we enjoyed our stay very much.

hotel and the staff are very good. city is full of cheaters except hotel staff, they are very professional and helpful. the only good (not cheating) taxi company in the city called Yellow and it was recommended to me by hotel staff. nice hotel and city with lots of cheaters around..

The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The receptionists were nice and polite and did not stop smiling even for a second. Later at night I went to the bar just to be pleasantly surprised with similar attitude towards me and the other guests of the hotel. Later when I went to the room I found out that i needed a toothbrush and paste so I called the reception and they brang it to my room in no time. It is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. I strongly recommend.
