Wir kamen nach 10 Jahren wieder in dieses Hotel. Wir haben uns erneut sehr über den Aufenthalt gefreut. Wir haben freundlicherweise nach einem Zimmer Upgrade gefragt. Dieser wurde uns netterweise von einem Standardzimmer auf ein Superiorzimmer genehmigt Der Manager Joey und die beiden Trainees Earn & Kratae waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Dinge sind uns hier sehr positiv aufgefallen. Ein wirklich sehr geräumiges und angenehmes Zimmer . Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super gelegen. Am Ende einer Bucht. Hier sollte man allerdings wissen. Dass auf der rechten Seite das Wasser nicht so hoch ist und Steine vorhanden sind (Schnorcheln), aber auf der linken Seite Sand und man gut Schwimmen kann. Der Pool ist groß und mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Hotel könnte an manchen Stellen eine leichte Renovierung vertragen, aber im Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut zu empfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. In Laufnähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants als auch Massagen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

ไปดูห้องพักยังไม่ได้เข้าพัก ห้องพักดูสะอาด สะอ้านดี ราคาเหมาะสม ห้องสวยดี บอกว่ามีที่พักแล้ว ก็ยังคงยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีหน้าหาดสวยงามแบบไพรเวทของลูกค้าของเค้า เป็นคอกาแฟอยู่แล้ว พนักงานบอกมีสตาร์บัค ไม่พลาดครับ ไปลองดื่ม กาแฟดีวิวหลักล้านไปเลย เพราะสตาร์บัคริมหาด!!! กลับออกมา พี่ รปภ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส โบกรถแบบไม่กลัวร้อน รู้สึกอบอุ่นแบบบอกไม่ถูก ครั้งหน้ามาเกาะช้างใช้บริการครับ ขอบคุณกับการบริการของทุกๆ คนนะครับ

Heerlijk hotel met aandacht voor het milieu. Zonnepanelen en afvalbehandeling en tegen voedselverspilling. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers en lekker zwembad. Mooi strand met een bar en mogelijkheid om sup,s te huren. Relaxte atmosfeer!

Excelente hotel em termos de arquitetura. Bem concebido em termos arquitetónicos e paisagísticos apesar de implementado em espaço pequeno. Localização razoável para quem se poder movimentar na ilha pelos seus próprios meios. Para quem ficar no hotel a praia não é boa. O serviço de piscina é inexistente. O pessoal na receção é entre o bom e o razoável. O pessoal dos restaurantes é péssimo. Nota se uma grande carência na formação do pessoal. A qualidade dos serviços de restauração não está de forma alguma ao nível da marca Mercure. Nota se a falta de alguém bem entendido em "food and beverage" e na formação de pessoal cujo comportamento nos restaurantes é anti profissional. Os quartos e o seus serviços são bons.
