1) while we were having breakfast, waitress didn’t fully aware of the situation. For instance, didn’t take away unused plates, until we reminded her. 2) we were supposed to pay Rm20/person for breakfast, but the staff told you that should be Rm30. Come on, we are hotel guests! Btw, we were wearing hotel slipper!

This is our second time here. Room is clean. Breakfast is nice as always! Got a complimentary cake for my husband birthday and a little surprise from the staff. Very nice! Many nearby shop around the hotel. Had a good stay with my family and will definitely come again soon😍

we had marvelous stay at ibis style hotel for 2 nights on 26th and 27th april 2024. firstly, the pillows are so great! very soft and fluffy. no bad neck pain. room was totally clean with the essentials. Our breakfast was enjoyable with attentive staff. here also had rooftop with beautiful scenary. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Kota Kinabalu
