Outstanding Hotel! My husband and I just spent five nights at the Pullman our third stay in just over 12 months. It’s not the five star accommodation , the meticulously kept gardens and grounds, nor is it the lagoon pool and the infinity pool with either a DJ or a trumpeter, or even the attention to detail with decor and the top quality food that is offered that make this hotel our favorite but rather the staff and their exceptional hospitality professionalism and friendliness that they show to all guests. Compliments to higher management, that from the front gates to the concierge, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff that everyone was by far the friendliest happiest and most enthusiastic workers we have met. Everybody was always smiling and worked well together as a team. You’ll be impressed by even the security guards at the front of the hotel who stop the traffic for you to cross the road to the beach & have a laugh with you & greet you upon your return. Hats off toTeguh & Krisna who stood at the front entrance to also welcome you back making you feel like a VIP every time. As Accor members we received a special check-in and room allocation with even a room upgrade from Wisnu which made our stay definitely one to remember! A big thank you to Arya Franz Citra & Eva who made our check out very smooth & effortless. You will find rooms very modern and clean with the best bed linen and fluffy towels you could ask for. We had a pool ground floor room which was meticulously cleaned every day with some fun towel art left on the bed. A very big shout out to Yasmika & Ardian from housekeeping for all their efforts Just love the bar staff too who always stopped for a chat and provide complementary snacks when your drink is ordered. Just another. special touch from the Pullman. Darmawan, Mika, Angga & Depa & Dipa ( twins who we had a bit of fun with as my husband has an identical twin brother who also stays at the Pullman so it’s always ‘Game On ‘ when we arrive ) were all smiling faces and so polite. Michele & Haity were amazing at breakfast. Service was exceptional with nothing ever any trouble. We felt like royalty every minute of our stay but more importantly we have made friends. Love that everyone remembered us and we got the rockstar welcome back handshake & hug. The main restaurant needs a mention. Theme nights are wonderful with so much variety and it’s great having something different to look forward to every night rather than the same menu. From Asian , surf n turf, butchers night , Indian feast to Seafood nights that were all a huge hit with beautifully presented dishes constantly being checked and topped up when needed. The breakfast buffets were the best we’ve had at any 5 star resort. What a smorgasbord! From sushi to salmon with a full Asian & European breakfast on offer. There is even a Granola station which was my favorite… & the waffles pancakes & crepes with even ice cream to finish off. Who would even think it was breakfast!! We also loved that the hotel was very supportive of traineeship programs giving the kids an opportunity to pursue a career in hospitality, which is really important in Bali. It was very evident that they were treated well. A very big thank you to our special friend Ari the beverage and food manager who always went out of his way to come over every night and have a chat about family and life we really appreciate his kindness and friendship. Just loved the location of the Pullman - right across the road from the beach, where you can sit watch the sunset chatting to the locals at the beach bar giving you that real Balinese feel. Be prepared to be impressed if you’re booking the Pullman. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Just a perfect stay in paradise!

Stayed 20 nights Dec/Jan Enjoyed the best time with my niece so spoiled for my birthday the hotel and staff are always just amazing. Food anytime breakfast around the pool or dinner at night always delicious with chief Wayan keeping an eye on everything always with a smile. Room lovely always lots of water. Entertainment at the top pool was fun never missed the singer on Tuesday and Friday evenings. While there we booked for July / August 23 nights so that says it all. Thankyou again all the wonderful staff and friends I’ve made at the Pullman since the hotel opened. Ravi the GM is also quite entertaining works very long hours

The Infinity Pool is amazing ❤️, made even better by the service of Arisandhi Trisha Darmawa Sugi at the Bar, whilst only young his care and enthusiasm was extraordinary he’s going places this kid. Check out the pool it’s amazing at sunset.

For a member of the Accor group this motel is showing signs of age in particular the rooms and around the pool. I had to argue with the staff if an incorrect meal so therefore I didn’t eat there again. I paid in full 3 months earlier and was scammed in that card after ( not their fault) but when I arrived here I had a new card they did not recognize so then recharged the full amount and credit the old amount less $50 just not good customer service. It is well located with everything you need within walking distance

We have stayed at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach several times since 2016 and have noticed the building is slowing getting a bit tired. This time we stayed in the Family Suite (interconnecting rooms) which was good as we have a 9yr old and 12 yr old and they were able to have their own room. There is a really good vibe at the hotel - all staff were very friendly - especially our concierge Sanjaya who always looks after us A special mention needs to go to Arya (Guest Experience) - my kids were both feeling a bit sick and he took us to the hotel doctor and translated everything to us Room was a bit run down - big shower head in one room didnt work, the cold water tap for the bath didnt work. Our Room was right above the main road and all we could here at night was the loud traffic downstairs. Also, everynight at around 10 or 11pm - Fireworks would go off across the road at the beach - Even though Fireworks are banned.... The buffet breakfast is always very good, everything you could think of was on display The kids pool was great and the table tennis was a hit.... The resident squirrels kept everyone entertained
