spa 非常棒 台球也不错 唯一的缺点就是卧室毛巾有味道 不敢用

我們兩大人兩嬰兒到飯店時，沒有人出來拿行李，坐在大廳的停車人員繼續坐在那，也不會幫忙請人來幫忙，最後一個女員工推車來到我面前，但她完全幫不上忙，因為他拿不動行李。 到了入住櫃檯，只有一個窗口，很明顯的員工不足。 入住前我有打電話到pullman說我需要嬰兒澡盆，Pullman電話人員說可以提供但前台說pullman不提供嬰兒澡盆，我請他再次確認才說是有的。我有從其他地方租借床圍，我到了房間後並沒有出現在房間裡，我請推行李的員工去確認，過了30分鐘才拿到房間，這整體就是員工訓練和資訊交流不夠。 入住的第一天我有房內用餐需要一張嬰兒座椅在房間給小孩吃飯用，打電話給前台後等了20分鐘還沒送來，但我的房間離前台才50公尺，我太太再次去前台說我們需要嬰兒座椅，過了10分鐘來一個人員工說要幫我鋪嬰兒床，這是什麼爛服務，完全不是我需要的東西，最後等了50分鐘嬰兒座椅才來到我房間。 這種服務完全不是五星級飯店該有的，員工非常怠慢、服務態度也不好，很多員工聽不懂英文。 我對Pullman感到非常失望，以後絕對不會再去也不推薦給朋友
