这家酒店的外观和大堂确实很有气派，给人第一印象很好。但遗憾的是，客房内部的状况令人大失所望，与五星级定位严重不符 客房设施严重老化：房间看起来很久没有翻新或维护。床架非常老旧，上下床时发出明显的“吱吱”响声，严重影响睡眠质量。浴室有可见的污渍，卫生状况堪忧。花洒支架也是坏的，无法固定，洗澡时非常不便。 服务理念令人费解：作为一家五星级酒店，最基本的服务细节却不到位。需要冰块时，竟然被告知冰桶要额外收费。这在任何档次的酒店都极为罕见，完全颠覆了对五星级服务的认知。

spa 非常棒 台球也不错 唯一的缺点就是卧室毛巾有味道 不敢用
