这家酒店的外观和大堂确实很有气派,给人第一印象很好。但遗憾的是,客房内部的状况令人大失所望,与五星级定位严重不符 客房设施严重老化:房间看起来很久没有翻新或维护。床架非常老旧,上下床时发出明显的“吱吱”响声,严重影响睡眠质量。浴室有可见的污渍,卫生状况堪忧。花洒支架也是坏的,无法固定,洗澡时非常不便。 服务理念令人费解:作为一家五星级酒店,最基本的服务细节却不到位。需要冰块时,竟然被告知冰桶要额外收费。这在任何档次的酒店都极为罕见,完全颠覆了对五星级服务的认知。

spa 非常棒 台球也不错 唯一的缺点就是卧室毛巾有味道 不敢用

我們兩大人兩嬰兒到飯店時,沒有人出來拿行李,坐在大廳的停車人員繼續坐在那,也不會幫忙請人來幫忙,最後一個女員工推車來到我面前,但她完全幫不上忙,因為他拿不動行李。 到了入住櫃檯,只有一個窗口,很明顯的員工不足。 入住前我有打電話到pullman說我需要嬰兒澡盆,Pullman電話人員說可以提供但前台說pullman不提供嬰兒澡盆,我請他再次確認才說是有的。我有從其他地方租借床圍,我到了房間後並沒有出現在房間裡,我請推行李的員工去確認,過了30分鐘才拿到房間,這整體就是員工訓練和資訊交流不夠。 入住的第一天我有房內用餐需要一張嬰兒座椅在房間給小孩吃飯用,打電話給前台後等了20分鐘還沒送來,但我的房間離前台才50公尺,我太太再次去前台說我們需要嬰兒座椅,過了10分鐘來一個人員工說要幫我鋪嬰兒床,這是什麼爛服務,完全不是我需要的東西,最後等了50分鐘嬰兒座椅才來到我房間。 這種服務完全不是五星級飯店該有的,員工非常怠慢、服務態度也不好,很多員工聽不懂英文。 我對Pullman感到非常失望,以後絕對不會再去也不推薦給朋友
