Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the neighborhood environment and your safety concerns. Our hotel is indeed located close to the train station, which offers great convenience for many travelers, but we understand that the surrounding area can be challenging for some guests. Please know that we take safety and cleanliness very seriously and continuously work with local authorities and cleaning teams to improve the environment around the hotel. Regarding the condition of the hotel, we are aware that some areas need renovation, and we have planned significant upgrades to enhance our facilities and guest experience in the near future. Your comments are important to us as they help guide these improvements, and we regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to uphold. Dear Kaori T, Thank you for your kind words regarding our location and staff. We are delighted to hear that you found the facilities in your room satisfactory. However, we would like to provide some clarification regarding our cleaning policy. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly cleaning is included in the rate. This service includes cleaning the apartment (except the kitchen and dishes), as well as changing sheets and towels. Additionally, end-of-stay cleaning is also included. For stays of less than 8 nights, cleaning service is not included in the price. However, you have the option to request additional cleaning or just additionnal towels at reception for an additional fee. We understand that this organization may not meet the expectations of all of our customers, and we sincerely thank you for your constructive feedback. These allow us to better understand the needs of our customers and improve our service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope it did not detract from your overall experience.
