Located close to a trashy zone (mouse, garbage and very bad peaple all togheder around) inside the hotel appear old and bad managed. The elevator is a trap, the ladder terrible, during the night the insonorization it is not good. Last point the breakfast: limited option and absolutely below Ibis Style standard. A lot of work to do.

Staff very nice. Reception area furniture stained, dirty tables. The carpets look as if they haven’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. Room spacious, but reading light didn’t work. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned, but when we did the sink was still dirty andthe carpet wasn’t hoovered. It’s located in a good place to get around but not worth the money. The breakfast was acceptable.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at the beginning of August 2021 and everything was just fine. Rooms was relatively large and clean , staff very friendly and politely and breakfast was good. The hotel is well positioned - only 300 meters far away from the port. From the street the hotel is not quite impressive but overall is a true bargain - cheap, clean and well placed.1 Rooms are exactly like in pictures and the elevator ... well... is unique.

The hotel is located few meters from Canebiere and few minutes from the old port. It is not recommended to come with a car as the area is not car friendly, but you can easily park your car in parking Charles De Gaulle which is 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are big, much bigger than in an usual ibis styles. The breakfast is amazing, fresh orange juice, croque monsieur, very nice selection and very good quality. This hotel offers a very good value.
