The hotel is without service described on accor website. Rude staff and room without toilet paper. No possibilities to have a breakfast, children was very disappointed for this. COVID-19 is not explanation of this situation. Hotel is also poor ready for virus.

Average hotel, clean tidy and close to the train station. Self catering kitchenette included in the room. Beds were comfortable but the area was pretty rough, but we had no issues. Room was quiet and staff were friendly

The room is fine for 4 of us with 1 dbl bed and 2 sofa bed. The floor is very dirty if you do not wear shoes inside the room you will find your feet is fully black and they do not give free samdal. The small kitchen is fine for us can cook a small meal but you need to clean everything yourselves and we are unlucky that the guest using them before us not clean them well. It locate very near train statoon but not easy to access and convenient for car. The surrounding in the hotel area is look unsafely due to a lot of unfriendly people. From hotel can walk to tourist area and also take subway too.

hotel is conveniently situated by train station and bus stops. Family went to the beach by regular city bus. Reception clerk was helpful and provided key to underground car park (9 euro fee per night).

Whilst the apartments are situated close to the train station for those who may require access, it is still quite a walk to the Vieux Port and anything of real interest. This may not be a problem if you are quite mobile but as a family with young children it was a hindrance each day. Whilst we were aware of the apartment's cleaning policies prior to booking I am still at a loss to understand why cleaning is free if you stay 1 to 3 nights but there is a charge if you request it for more than 4 nights. On top of this you are responsible for removing your own rubbish. I felt like we were at a hostel!! The staff on arrival were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us to our room. There are quite a few power saving initiatives within the hotel which is great (I'm all for saving the environment) but it shouldn't impact on safety and comfort of guests. The hallway sensors didn't always work so when you step out of the lift you are in a pitch black corridor and expected to find your way to your room if the sensors do not trigger the light. The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to scratch. Underneath our sofa bed was all sorts of left over refuse that had clearly been there for a while and made us think about how throughly the rest of the apartment had or hadn't been cleaned. The sofa bed was also really uncomfortable and was creaky every time you wanted to roll over in bed. The kitchen sink did not drain well at all so was difficult to clean our dishes. Additional bin liners were not provided which is frustrating when they don't provide someone to clean your room and you are expected to remove your rubbish. It was extremely disappointing to find that a toaster was not part of the kitchen supplies and that your breakfast options were so basic and bland. The toaster provided in your breakfast room is extremely dangerous as it requires people to use tongs and knives to remove their toast once cooked. A major health and safety issue!!

Regarding the rates and cleaning policies, It's part of our goals to make you feel independant like home so we do not provide the same services as an Accor hotels. Our apologies about the quality of the cleaning and the equipment in the breakfast lounge, we will refers it in our staff meeting.
