Good breakfast and free parking. Didn't realise it was a dog friendly hotel. Jacuzzi, pool and steam room worth a visit, but no covered walkway between it and hotel, wasn't pleasant when raining. Hotel facilities generally a bit tired looking. Amarok Archery at back of the hotel in the grounds was a brilliant experience!

Dinner at the Brasserie. Excellent food and friendly staff. This is a good mid market restaurant. Good value with good quality food and a good wine list. It’s a lovely room, and in the summer you get a wonderful view of the gardens and grounds .

Highly recommended.

Shout out to Steve who was front of house and does a pretty cool card trick. Great customer service, very professional, warm, welcoming and knowledgable. Made the whole booking a pleasant experience. Couple of things missing in my room but Steve quickly rectified without a fuss. Top marks. He is a credit to your company.

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. My waitress Alison was a delight and even gave me a complimentary birthday drink. Will be stopping in this hotel for the duration of the year through work thanks to the great hospitality I’ve received.

I I attended the venue in order to deliver a training package. I was met by Claire galina and Jane who were very kind friendly and they helped to facilitate the learning experience making sure the room was clean and tidy Very friendly and welcoming
