I’d like to clarify that our Reservations team had indeed been in contact with you prior to your review, advising that we had encountered a technical issue during the booking process. They also provided flexibility by offering to either reinstate the reservation for July or proceed with a full refund—pending your confirmation. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face such an issue, particularly after a smooth initial stay in April.
