We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by Kerri with a big smile on her face, nothing was too much for her and she also had great recommendations where we could have a drink, we were served at the bar from the lovely Diana who was super cheery and held good conversation we went to the restaurant and met Bharath what a delightful gentlemen he is too! Rooms are a little dated and in need of an upgrade but the staff certainly make the stay

Very much enjoyed the experience, Diana at the bar was an absolute joy! Rooms were a bit dated but I don’t go on holiday to sit in a hotel room. Perth is also a lovely place too, lots to do, many bars to enjoy, great entertainment, wonderful brass band scene!

Stayed for one night for a function, nice reception and bar area, unfortunately the hotel is let down by the rooms, felt like we were back in the 80’s, no complaints about cleanliness but seriously need to be updated. Function suite was nice with friendly staff, one plus was the lovely breakfast, could be a fantastic hotel if rooms were updated.

Old and tired - overpriced

A very dated and tired hotel with worn carpets, squeaky floorboards and dingy bathrooms. Very limited parking on site with unsecured additional parking across the road both of which were full. Had to pay for overnight parking in alternative car park. Hotel seems to cater for large bus tours as 2 bus loads checked into the hotel and no dinner availability until after 8.30pm as they took priority. For £192 per night for one guest I had a tiny dated TV in room - slept in a single bed and had rough, hard towels. Certainly not offering value for money, very overpriced. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t partake! Positive comment - water is very hot!

We had a joint 70th Birthday Celebration here with all our family and friends 65 in total in the Kinnoull Suite. Chloe and her team organised and made everything right for us. Staff are so friendly and nothing is any bother. Some of our guests stayed over , very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this Hotel .
