I’m really pleased to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the lighting, and the convenience of connecting your devices to the TV. It’s also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer and found our staff to be friendly and helpful, it truly means a lot to us! And, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. Regarding the water pressure, I understand how frustrating that must have been. There was some maintenance work happening during your visit, but I’m happy to let you know that the issue had been resolved in a timely manner. I also appreciate your thoughts on the room layout. We know the design might not work for everyone, but we do our best to make the layouts clear through photos online. We strive to provide all our guests with a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we regret that we fell short for you on this occasion. Regarding the continental breakfast, we would like to clarify that the type of breakfast included in your booking is mentioned prior to confirmation in the description of the hotel and in the booking page clicking in the info icon near the breakfast mention. We also want to address the issue with the bunk bed. Before your arrival, we sent a message inviting you to inform us of any special requests, including bedding arrangements. We apologize that this wasn’t as clear as it should have been. Once we received your message after midnight, we did our best to assist by sending housekeeping the next day to prepare the bunk bed and was not accepted, I can understand the first night was uncomfortable to share the double bed with your son, however if flagged the same night our team members would have arranged the bunk bed for you. Pictures of the room type are clear and regarding room size and amenities in the rooms.
