I came here for one night on a work trip, from the photos online I expected the hotel to be nothing fancy but did not expect it to be as bad as it was. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the general look of the lobby was dated albeit pleasant. The issue I had was as soon as you left the lobby/restaurant area, the hotel looked terrible, the hallway had a faded dirty carpet and a stale smell in the air. The room was no better, the toilet floor was stained around the toilet itself, the door in the bathroom had a chunk out of it, the wallpaper was scraped off in places and the room generally looked like it hadn’t been furnished since the 90s. I was very tired on arrival and had no issue sleeping as the bed was clean and comfortable enough. However there was an unpleasant “old” smell in the room, and the heater in the room made banging noises throughout the evening. To summarise, nice staff, decent breakfast facilities and decent quality food. Hotel condition in hallways and rooms, the worst I’ve seen in the UK.

Terrible supervisor! Lewis mcalpine accused me of lying over a bottle of water that I left on the bar, he started arguing with me over it after I walked away for 5 minutes, if it wasn’t for the waitress joy who realised I didn’t take it with me after paying my bill and paying £4.00 for a bottle of water to take back to my room, he wouldn’t have give it back to me. He even asked me an hour before to leave a good review online after I just met him, what a joke. Also I left a sign on my door asking for my room to not be cleaned while I was in work but they cleaned it anyway and moved all my personal belonging around and a £1 coin went missing.

Dyrt och dåligt hotell! Undvik detta hotell! Incheckning och frukost ganska ok, i övrigt var det mesta dåligt. Personalen var inte trevlig och tillmötesgående. De var generellt okunniga och ointresserade. Maten i restaurangen var av mycket enkel kvalitet men priserna var inte låga ändå. Rummet var gammaldags med lite unken lukt. Badkarets avlopp fungerade inte. Internet långsamt och gick ofta ner helt.

Cheguei no hotel tarde da noite e disseram que minha reserva não estava paga. Não quiseram nem olhar minha confirmação que fiz direto no site da all accor simplesmente disseram que não receberam o pagamento da ALL e me fizeram pagar de novo e pagar mais caro.

L'albergo si trova fuori dal centro di Livingston, ha 30 minuti d'auto da Edinburgo, ha ampio parcheggio privato. La struttura è datata, camera e bagno ampi ma datati, sarebbe da risistemare, per essere un albergo di catena sarebbe da ammodernare. Prezzo elevato per il contesto
