Great stay

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Superior room was huge, comfortable and large bed. Breakfast was great even had fried eggs with runny yolk! Many parts recently refurbished and has a classy look. Lots of lobby and bar seating. Definitely return and recommend

Thankyou for a lovely stay, there was a mistake with my booking and was given two single beds instead of a double room, it was not the hotels fault , they unfortunately were fully booked, but on our second night the team on reception were so helpful and upgraded to us a beautiful suite, which was really appreciated .we had a fantastic stay and will be back

Great stay with a saviour at the end

Everything was lovely, clean, and well presented. Decent lounge area with a small bar and a TV that we could watch sport on. Room service food was actually very quick and reasonably priced compared to other hotels. My wife left her coat her after we left and Deshpal found it AND posted it to me ON HIS DAY OFF. What an amazing guy! Above and beyond doesn't begin to cover it, so so lovely thank you again my friend!

Best Hotel in the York area.

Lovely hotel, not too big but has everything you need. Breakfast was very good and the location was great, just outside of town, so it was quiet but close to everything. Special thanks to Deshpal who rescued a very precious pendant I left in the room. He went above and beyond and it's a reflection on how willing all the staff are to take care of the guests.
