Great place but let down by the quality of the bed.

Great location, stayed 1 night for the Pete Tong concert at the Arena. Only a short stroll into the town centre for great shopping n eating, lots of lovely shopping arcades. Quick check in, large room with lovely decor and styling and good cleanliness, especially the bathroom, so nice to see clean tiles and grout. The room was very quiet. The bed was huge, but unfortunately our stay was let down by a bed which wasnt to our liking at all. The mattress was poor & had no support, it had a topper on, perhaps to try to make it better, but this wrinkled with turning over and ridges could be felt through the bottom sheet which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Impossible to lie comfortably on your back. Good job the bed was so large as my wife ended up in the middle of the bed where the mattress was firmer. 3 pillows were lumpy and not a great quality. Good parking next door at the Citypark car park. Can get a discount. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we chose not to have it.

Fantastic stay. We booked purely because of the location to the Arena but, we got so much more. Checking in was easy as we’d checked in online but, the staff were lovely and friendly and it took no time to get our keycards. We were recommended a place to have drink before the gig and given directions too. The room was a good size, well decorated and very clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was included but, we’re not really breakfast people so didn’t partake. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, especially if you’re going to an event at the arena, it was less than a 5 minute walk away. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Otele giriş yaptığım gün ( öğleden sonra yaklaşık 14.00 civarı ) resepsiyonda görevli hanımefendi otele giriş saatinin 15.00 olduğunu ancak üyelik hesabımın olması halinde odamı derhal verebileceğimi söyledi ve bana hemen bir üyelik hesabı oluşturmama yardımcı oldu ve otele giriş işlemini gerçekleştirdi. Oda anahtarımı aldım ve odaya çıktığımda odanın tekerlekli sandalye kullanan misafirler için dizayn edildiğini gördüm. Bu bilgi bana giriş esnasında verilmeliydi. Ben Türkiye'de bir otel grubunun satış ve pazarlama direktörlüğünü yapıyorum. yaklaşık 37 yıldır otelcilik sektörü tecrübem var ve bu süre zarfında 15 yıl önbüro müdürlüğü ve odalar bölüm müdürlüğü görevlerinde bulundum. Bize öğretilen : misafirin rezervasyon yaptırmış olduğu oda tipi dışında bir oda misafire verileceği zaman bu konuda misafire ön bilgi verilmesi gerektiği idi. Kısacası misafirin rızası alınmalı. Zira ben engelli odası rezervasyonu yapmadım. Çok yorgun olduğum için bu konuda tekrar resepsiyona inip oda değişikliği talebinde bulunmadım. Duş almak için banyoyu girdim ve duş jeli ve şampuan dispenserleri tamamen boştu. Yanımda getirmiş olduğum şampuanımı saç temizliği ve duş almak için kullandım. Duştan çıktım banyoda sadece vücut havlusu vardı, el havlusu yoktu. Sabah iş görüşmelerim için dışarı çıkarken bu durumu resepsiyonda akşam görev yapan beyefendi ile paylaştım. Akşam otele döndüğümde banyoda el havlusu olduğunu ve bir gün önce boş olan dispenserlerin doldurulmuş olduğunu fark ettim. ( bu arada odama geldiğimde resepsiyondaki görevli beni odamdaki telefondan arayıp, sabah paylaşmış olduğum ihtiyaçlarımın tamam olup olmadığını sordu, bu takip işlemi çok hoşuma gitti, takdir ettim ) Ancak banyoya bırakılan ayak havlusu ıslaktı ve üzerinde yeşil renkli lekeler vardı ve kimyasal temizlik malzemesi kokuyordu. Benim tahminim ; temizlik görevlisi duşun olduğu bölünün zemini temizlerken kullanmış olduğu kimyasal sıvı malzemenin üzerine ayak havlusunu düşürdü ve bu havluyu katlayıp banyodakı tutacağa astı. Sanırım ben havluyu kullanıncaya kadar havlunun kuruyacağını düşündü ama durum öyle değildi. Benim çok alerjik bir cilt tipim var. Bu nedenle seyahatlerimde kendi özel şampuanımı ve özel bir vücut yağını kullanıyorum. Şimdi bu noktada benim havlu üzerindeki kimyasal maddeyi fark etmeden üzerine basıp, ayaklarımı bu havlu ile kurulamam halinde ayaklarımda oluşabilecek alerji ve cilt yanığının ortaya çıkarabileceği sorunları tahmin edebiliyormusunuz ? Ben her yıl Kasım ile Nisan ayları arasında en az 20-25 ülkeye seyahat ediyorum. Ayaklarımda ortaya çıkabilecek bir sorunun benim seyahat programımı nasıl mahvedeceğini hayal bile edemiyorum. Ben mevcut sektör tecrübem itibariyle böyle bir olumsuz durumu çok dramatize etmeden sizlere naçizane bir tavsiyede bulunmak istiyorum. Lütfen personelimize vermiş olduğunuz eğitimleri sıklaştırın ve onları kontrol edin. Çünkü müşteri bulmak zor, devamlı müşteri yaratmak çok daha zor ama müşteri kaybetmek çok kolay. İlgileriniz için teşekkür ederim. Bir sonraki seyahatimde tekrar görüşmek üzere. Saygılarımla.

Best hotel we have stayed at spotless and no dog charge

Stayed in numerous hotels throughout out England and Wales and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. It was spotless free hot drinks available in the foyer and water. We always have to pay for our Chiuahua and pay a deposit but here dogs go free!!!! The rooms have the best size tvs we have seen in a hotel room, they have a bottle opener on the wall and funny Yorkshire sayings on the walls. Plenty to choose from at breakfast, though the porridge I never got the chance to try as it just looked like milk and nothing else. The car park is next door to the hotel and if you put your vehicle registration in at reception the car parking is £10 instead of £20. The arena is only over the road along with a large Wetherspoons, there are numerous take aways and a Greg's on the street. Leeds Christmas market is only down the road. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a mum and her two adult children. We will be back

Very comfortable. Like all the Ibis hotels I've stayed in to date, the room was well designed. Breakfast ingredients tasted fresh and good quality. Permier Inn used to be my default choice, but Ibis has edged ahead. Very handy for the First Direct arena.
