Repas sans goût dans salle lugubre

Nous n’avons pas testé l’hébergement mais la salle de réception réservée aux groupes. Notre groupe a été installé dans une salle lugubre au sous-sol, sans fenêtre ni décoration. Le repas quand à lui cher et insipide. Cuisson ratée, aucun aliment n’a de goût et le vin proche du vinaigre. A fuir !

Je vais décrire les points forts et faibles de l’hôtel : Points forts : - Bien situé - Personnel agréable - Bon choix de bière - Les commodités de la chambre Points faibles : - L’hôtel est délabré - le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un mercure - La fenêtre de la chambre s’ouvrait à peine - Mauvaise isolation des murs - la chambre a été faite à 17h - Rue très bruyante - Parking très chère, non couvert et sans barrière - Café pas bon Points noirs : - l’odeur d’humidité était immonde - l’état de la chambre, moisissures au plafond, taches sur les moquettes, trous dans les draps Cordialement

Côté personnel, rien a redire.bon accueil, personnes souriantes et efficace. Par contre les chambres sont indignes d un hotel MERCURE,du ACCOR. Fentre vetuste, ne pouvant qu être legerement entrouverte. Chambre minuscule. Moquette ayant vue de nombeux touristes. Salle de bain a refaire entièrement . Le silicone est rongé par le temps. La ventilation ne fonctionne pas. Tout cela pour le prix d un Mercure
