Dear Louis R., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our central location, warm welcome, and breakfast. However, we are genuinely sorry that your stay was affected by the refurbishment noise and the condition and facilities of your room. We fully understand your frustration, particularly regarding the noise from hammers and drills early in the morning. A peaceful night's rest is an essential part of any hotel stay, and we apologise that this was not the experience you received. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the external street noise and the lack of sufficient sound insulation. Your comments regarding the empty shampoo bottle, cleanliness, unavailable power outlets near the bed, and the faulty socket are also concerning. These are areas where we should have met a higher standard, and we have shared your feedback with the relevant teams so that these issues can be addressed. We appreciate your honest comments and the opportunity to improve. While we are pleased that an alternative room was provided when your Privilege Room was not ready, I regret that the Junior Suite did not offer the comfort and standard you were expecting. Its an upgraded from privilege room. Your comments regarding the lighting, room layout, window condition, and bedding have been noted and will be reviewed with our team. I am also sorry that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. We continually review our food offering and appreciate all guest feedback as it helps us improve.
