Accueil chaleureux, personnel adorable et prêt à aider/rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Situation parfaite en centre ville, à proximité des gares ferroviaires et de la gare routière, du métro et des bus, et du cœur de la ville (hôtel de ville, restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, boutiques...)

l’hôtel est très bien situé, central, près de la gare, du métro et des avenues commerciales. le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. la chambre est assez spacieuse et la literie impeccable mais le petit dej est moyen. PS: le coffre fort de la chambre 501 est cassé
