Hôtel confortable, personnel accueillant et aimable. Station de métro à 10min à pied. Literie très confortable, pas de placard pour vider les valises mais très suffisant pour passer quelques nuits. L'accès à l'hôtel se fait en longeant un parking souterrain, c'est surprenant au premier abord. Deux ascenseurs dont un hors service pour accéder à la réception, un peu d'attente par moment

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Il manquait juste le sèche cheveux (peut etre à chercher à l'accueil) Petit déjeuner pris en plus, basique mais bon et bien fourni. emplacement de l'hôtel excentré 20 à 30 min à pied du centre ville de Glasgow.
