Très décevant. Le personnel de réception n'est ni serviable, ni sympathique. La moquette des chambres est sale et tachée. Un seul drap de bain et une serviette fournis pour deux. Aucune étagère pour poser des affaires dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking dédié. Au niveau du restaurant de l'hôtel, le constat est le même pour le personnel et le service est très lent malgré le peu de tables occupées.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you experienced with service both at reception and in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful service is something we strive to provide consistently, and I’m sorry that this was not reflected during your visit. Your comments regarding slow service in the restaurant, particularly when it was not busy, are concerning and will be reviewed with the food & beverage management team. I also apologise for the condition of the room, including the stained carpet, limited towel provision, and lack of storage in the bathroom. These points do not meet our standards, and your feedback will be shared with our housekeeping and management teams for immediate review and action. With regard to parking, our on‑site spaces are limited and subject to availability, and I’m sorry if this was unclear prior to arrival. We understand how important this is for our guests and appreciate you raising it. I regret that you felt the stay did not offer good value for money and that the overall experience fell well short of expectations. While I’m sorry we were unable to provide a more positive visit on this occasion, your feedback is being taken seriously and will help guide necessary improvements. Arrivée facilitée par le personnel de réception, accueil très chaleureux. J'avais oublié mon câble de chargeur et la dame a essayé d'en trouver un et m'a orienté vers un magasin encore ouvert pour en trouver un à très bon prix. Personnel du bar très agréable, personnel du restaurant très serviable. Chambre donnant sur l'intérieur très confortable et grande. Au top!

La chambre était obsolète, matériel cassé cafetière (Room 166) Peu ou pas de prise, encore moins près du lit. Wifi connexion mauvaise, impossible de travailler.

La localisation est parfaite, l'hotel est top, juste 2 points à remonter. L'isolation n'est pas folle en Hiver ce qui fait que lorsque l'on est du coté de la fenêtre... Il fait pas chaud. Le second c'est le prix du parking 28GBP pour une nuit, c'est presque 30% du prix de la chambre que nous avions. C'est presque du vol.
