Great staff and breakfast but rooms are basic and could do with a few little tweaks.

The room is quite basic and it was cold on arrival. There are a few things missing like a toilet roll holder, a mirror at the desk for sitting and doing hair etc, there are also no sockets next to the bed for phone chargers and my partners CPAP machine. There are no hooks in the bathroom for hanging nightwear etc. It was however, clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

Needs updating, looking somewhat tired.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, I couldn't fault them. The room was okay and the bed was comfortable, but it's a little tired and needs refurbishment. It was clean and tidy and the heating was good too. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder. It's in a nice location and fairly quiet. I slept well. The cooked breakfast was very good indeed, a wide choice, including fresh fruit etc. Again the staff were delightful and so welcoming. Linda who was usually helping out at breakfast really stood out. There are gym and swimming pool facilities so that's a real bonus! The staff are amazing, well done.

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel and it's staff are exceptional. The level of service we received was above and beyond, from the check in staff all the way to the bar staff and pool staff. Everyone there was so welcoming and sociable, if you wanted to be left alone, they left you alone as well. True professionals. They had a few events the nights we stayed and arranged us a room further away from the noise and that was not requested by us but definitely appreciated. It's like the staff are thinking for you! 🤣 I requested a romantic touch and this was also taken care of, walking into the room was an experience in itself. The grounds were beautiful, the bar is cozy but modern and accessible amenities very near the seating areas; Special thanks to the bar staff and the check in staff, wonderful people. We will be returning, thanks so much. Room 131 Paddy and Natasha :). (Keep your phones away from your key cards)

The best staff EVER!!! Linda at breakfast is ace, really lovely and friendly, she remembers everyone' s name straight off and always has a giggle. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food is all from scratch and really tasty

We took 68 guests away for the weekend. Staying at the hotel, they also provided a buffet lunch and we used their outside space for various activities. The hotel, its staff, breakfast etc... were absolutely great and Rachel on reception went above and beyond.

Rachel Victoria and the team loved looking after you all. I'm pleased you and all your guests had a good weekend
