Good hotel, nothing out of the extraordinary. stayed many times in this hotel during my business trips and I don’t regret it. It affordable and clean. There is nothing around to entertain you so you should only use this hotel only to rest. Enjoy !

Okay so the hotel is way out of the city. Getting a taxi to go to town is almost certainly impossible. They don’t have any shuttle to carry guests to the city center. The staff are not very friendly nor willing to help when you need it . The breakfast does not have wide variety of food to chose from. There were mosquitos in the room. I will not certainly recognize this hotel to anyone

We had an amazing stay at Mercure outside Milan. The room was very spacious, with a small diving wall between the king size bed and the foldout sofa that was set up for our daughter. There was a little desk that could have been used as a work space or dining, which is what we did. They provided an electric kettle as well as tea and coffee, so we had a lovely evening tea in the room. There was a very small refrigerator, without freezer, where we had courtesy water bottles (one flat, one sparkling), a kind gesture and much appreciated. There was a safe, an ironing board with an iron and ample space for the luggage. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable with comfy mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was large, including a bathtub shower combination, with a toilet and a bidet. The water pressure was always good and temperature consistent. The oversized towels clean and soft; all necessities were provided. The area was very quiet, we had a room on the 4th floor facing the parking lot. There was not a lot of traffic there. Also, light darkening curtains were a big plus. Normally, we forgo a breakfast option, as most of the time it is too expensive, however, when we were booking this stay through Accor, the cost of breakfast was very reasonable. We were super glad we chose it. First of all, they have a great layout every morning; hot dishes, cold cuts, huge selection of baked goods (it is Italy, after all), fantastic fruit salad, cereals, drinks and a lovely terrace with tables, as well as indoor sitting area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, at breakfast, and in the hotel in general. They have a large parking lot around the building, so finding a car space has not been an issue. We would love to return and stay there again; I wish I could give them more stars.

Moved before end of stay! Not clean room and bad reception. Best thing about the place was the waiter in restaurant and the food there. I was not happy for the way things was - and i see same problems here. The reception dont care about it, so i moved.
