**Pros:** The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access the central square and nearby tourist attractions. Public transportation is also convenient, with the central train station and airport bus services just a short distance away. The staff is friendly and willing to help resolve any unpleasant or unforeseen issues that may arise. **Cons:** The rooms are very small and uncomfortable, with several issues. The first room I received lacked ventilation and had an extremely unpleasant odor. After requesting a room change, I was offered a larger room, but it was quite cold even with the air conditioning turned off. I suggest that the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness and thoroughly checks the functionality of the rooms before assigning them to guests.

Very small rooms, smallest bathroom ever found, no kettle, tea/coffee sachet in rooms. And no water in room also. We visited Utretch, Naples, Florence and Milan in this trip. IBIS Milano Centro's stay was just ok. Will try not to come here again.

The room was the smallest I’ve stayed in but fully functional and more importantly quiet and clean. Common areas great. Breakfast copious. All staff, everyone we met, was very kind and friendly.

The absolute worst. It's like a detention center. There isn't even a kettle or any way of making a hot drink in the room. The floor is shoddy plastic. Everything is disgusting to touch. In order to check in, you have to stand in front of a full-wall video ad for Ibis Hotels and then, when you get into the room, it's basically a minimum-security prison. It's like a hotel from an episode of Black Mirror. Do not go, even if they offer a room to you free.

Fine for a short visit

Check in was good. Our room was ready just before time. The basic room is small but we only stayed for 2 nights so this was not a problem. Shower was good. We never managed to log into their WiFi. Breakfast was fine, reasonable choice but busy. Location is good 10- 15 mins to Milano Centrale and 30 minutes to Duomo or Sforzesco Castle. It is better suited for business than holiday.
