Room is ok- but can’t find any meaning of decoration, furnishing reflect of the hotel design under the ACCOR international hotel brand. Food and Beverage in room amenities in far below one star hotel with paper cup. No hair towel, body towel has two holes, on it, no toilet paper, no slippers, no bathrobes (requested but staff did not understand), no shampoo, no body lotion etc. Called several time and talked to different persons then I got a towel for body, shampoo, body lotion, toilet paper, then again requested for hair towel. Staff told me that slipper & bathrobe is not included. 4 Star hotel standard?

Just returned from here. Hotel is in a central location with bus stops outside and 5 mins away from the bus and train station. Rooms are clean and beds spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not brilliant but ok. Bit of a wait for the coffee machine that gives you half a cup (americano) but the bread was gorgeous. Plenty of options on croissants cakes etc. Didn't see much in the range of fresh fruit but it didn't spoil my experience as it was ok. My only negative was while they include a kettle and tea coffee etc there was no cups, so we had to ask could we take some upstairs which they obliged, but when the rooms were made up they would take the cups so had to ask again. All in all though, its a clean comfortable hotel, staff polite and central and walking distance to shops bars etc and around a 20 min walk to the funicular to citta atta. I would stay here again.

Perfectly located , carpark right beside hotel, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean , good powerful shower, and cannot fault the hotel in any way . would stay again if back in Bergamo, and hopefully will be next year at some point

We stayed only for a night,the airport it is only 15 minutes by taxi. Train station just a stone's throw. Room was on the 5th floor in the corner as requested; clean and tidy. Reception staff was good and we enjoyed our sleep in that comfortable bed. Unfortunately the bar was closed that day so we could not use our free drink voucher.

Remember to clean the bathroom tiles

The location is very convenient as it takes less than 5 min to get to the train station and also walking distance from the funicular. The bed is comfortable with 2 pillows each. The staff were friendly and the breakfast okay except for the coffee, which is from a machine. The lactose-free milk is kept cold but I couldn't find a way to heat it up so my coffee got cold. The bathroom tiles were dirty and we would have appreciated glass instead of paper cups in the room.
