We are delighted to hear that our apartment met your expectations and that you enjoyed the convenient location close to the city centre, as well as the spacious apartment and the many facilities available to you. We are especially pleased that you appreciated the kitchen, ironing and laundry facilities, the coffee area, and our spacious lounge. It is wonderful to know that these amenities made your stay comfortable and convenient. We also greatly appreciate your constructive comments regarding the cleanliness of the apartment. We are sorry that you noticed some dust in areas that are more difficult to reach, such as behind the mirror. We fully understand your point and will be happy to pass this feedback on to our housekeeping team so that these areas receive even more attention in the future. Thank you as well for your detailed suggestions regarding waste separation and the number of containers and bags provided. We appreciate your perspective, especially regarding the differences in recycling systems between countries and cities.
