hotel in pieno centro, facile da raggiungere con la metro e il treno. le stanze affacciano tutte sul duomo, non sono molto grandi, ma sono funzionali, hanno tutto, ma soprattutto sono pulitissime. Personale gentile e professionale.

We arrived Friday evening: the sink was almost completely clogged, the water taking minutes to drain. We reported the problem and were told that, due to the weekend, maintenance couldn't be requested. We had to use the sink with caution, and when we left Monday morning, the problem hadn't been fixed. If the toilet had been clogged instead of the sink, the room would have been unusable for our entire stay. These problems cannot be ignored!

tutto bene, come al solito. questa volta ero al primo piano. comodo per entrare e uscire e per la colazione. purtroppo molto rumoroso di notte e all'alba per via della piazza sottostante. ma non é colpa dell'hotel

Hotel molto convenientemente situato di fianco alla stazione ferroviaria, e quindi molto comodo anche per l'aeroporto, di fonte al duomo e in pieno centro. Stanza non grande ma pulita e confortevole; colazione più che soddisfacente.
