Dear Mrs. T., I am glad to hear that you appreciated the location of the hotel, your room and the friendly staff! However, I'm sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties on arrival. It is not ideal to have to wait outside in the cold, especially when the hotel door is locked and there is no one at reception. Additionally, it is very unfortunate that the wake-up call was not done as requested, especially if you had an early flight. Such experiences can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, there is nothing more I can do after the event except apologies once again for the inconvenience and assure you that I will discuss this with the team so that such mistakes do not happen again in the future.
