BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH WONDERFUL SERVICE. THE SERVER OF FRONT DESK IS REALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, they answered my questions patiently with soft voices. The room is quite big, clean and functionable. Swimming pool is working at a constant temperature condition.

We stayed there only 1 night on October 9th to the 10th,2023 and I have to say all the staff and service and I mean everyone was impeccable! You felt like royalty staying here even if your not🤴🫅The day manager sorry to say I didn’t get he’s name, who wore glasses with like a wooden arms was so helpful in directing us around town and to the ancient old town. The night manager checking us in she was right on top of things. The 2 day clerks were so friendly and absolutely beautiful especially Lotti the one with her blue eyes and smile. Wish I was forty years younger, oh well. Anyone visiting Guiyang should treat themselves to the Pullman hotel they will not be disappointed! Respectfully, Robert Klein Colorado USA Rkleinsr@ me.com

My wife and I just spent a week in Guiyang, and we enjoyed every moment of it. This Pullman has what it takes both as a nonpareil business hotel and a home away from home. The facilities are beyond reproach. The 30th floor executive lounge is a quiet oasis to work in while enjoying one’s surroundings. The 5th floor restaurant where breakfast is served offers a vast buffet to satisfy any and every taste. One evening, we indulged in the buffet dinner which was also excellent. As was the case with our experience at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway, what really separates this establishment from its competition is the quality of its people. At every turn our needs were anticipated and the hotel staff, from the moment we checked in until we were dropped off at the airport by the courtesy car, went well beyond the call of duty to assure our stay was a delight. For example, the breakfast opens at 6:30 AM, but one morning we were leaving very early and even at 5 AM, were surprised to find a skeleton staff willing to open the restaurant for us. Extraordinary and greatly appreciated! Our room was a very good size, perfectly laid out, spotless, faultlessly maintained and equipped with enough outlets to satisfy the battery charging demands of today’s business traveller. We absolutely loved the city of Guiyang! The neighbourhoods are distinctive, the people overtly friendly, and the street scenes will please and excite anyone who likes to sit back and people watch. The downside? ”No Smoking” signs appear to be in place merely as graphic design elements and spitting, replete with guttural accompaniment, is enthusiastically practised. In conclusion: Guiyang is a fabulous diamond in the rough, and the Pullman Guiyang Hotel is polished to perfection!

Je suis un habituer des hôtels de luxe car j'y passe plus de temps que dans ma maison par apport a mon travail. Cette foi-ci je passe pour la première fois a Douala a pullman, je suis suis un grand client de Pullman a Dubaï. Ce qui ma frapper a douala dans cette hôtel c'est une femme de chambre au nom de Jeannie.cette femme qui fais sont travail avec amour rapidité et professionnalisme, ma donner envie d'y revenir notre conversation a été de courte durée, mais grace a elle je me suis sentie écouter, et j'ai su que il y'avait des gens pour qui mon bien être pendant mon se-jour était une préoccupation. Merci pour l'accueil, et pour ton sens d'être a l'écoute du client. Elles sont sensées êtres le dernier maillon de la chaine , mais en réalité elle sont au centre de tout car elle peuvent defondre l'hôtel et, effacé ces défauts au yeux des clients, ou nous montré clairement qu'on a mal choisit notre hôtel.
