We stayed here the night before flying out early morning after spending 4 days in Bordeaux. Got to the airport via train and had no problem locating the hotel. This was one of our most pleasant surprised during our 10 days throughout France. Wanting a great meal and a clean room this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The restaurant on property delivered a top 5 meal on our trip. The cocktail in the lobby bar were carefully crafted and tasted excellent. To top it off…..a huge breakfast buffet that was included with our room. If you are staying at CDG you must choose this hotel.

Used the Pullman at CDG for dayuse (booked via the dayuse website) for 7 hours as we had a 8 hour lay over at CDG (change of airlines hence had to exit the terminal anyway). The free shuttle train from the terminal made it quick and easy to get to. And it was fantastic value (much better than anything else) to rest for a few hours. Very nice hotel - would stay there for overnight trips in future if there was a need to.

Okay for a short day stay at CDG with not too many options around

We had a flight delay and used the day stay for 99 Euros for a few hours. The reception was friendly and the lobby area was nice. However, the room was unclean and had a lot of greasy fingerprints everywhere, and the bathroom could use a very deep cleaning. The toiletries provided are of very poor quality. There was only a cheap quality bar soap. We got a standard room as we were not going to sleep. It was small but our baby could nap in the crib. We picked this hotel as it was 3 min walk from CDG and had a pool. The pool was perfect for kids to spend time as there isn't much going on for the kids at the airport. We ordered the room service, and the steak was inedible. The fries and burgers were okay. This was the only option we had at CDG with a pool and honestly it was okay for a few hours, still better than spending hours at the airport lounge.

My wife and I booked a short stay (7AM-2PM) here after arriving at CDG at 6AM, knowing that we could not check into our Paris airbnb until after 1PM. It was a perfect choice. The room was immaculate, the king bed very comfortable and we were refreshed after showering and sleeping for 4 hours.

This hotel is clean and convenient, and the rooms are nice. Customer service is AWFUL. The person checking me in was rude, and the dinner service was unforgiveable and the reason I'm giving two stars. Unfortunately I'm stuck here due to a cancelled flight. I received two meal vouchers which is supposed to include an appetizer, main dish, dessert, and water. Lunch was fine, although everything came at once. At dinner I was treated like I had the plague when I handed over my voucher. I waited 13 minutes to be seated, although no one was in front of me and there were many tables available due to it being 10pm. Once I sat down, someone threw a plate of chicken and vegetables at me and at no point offered me water or anything for that matter. I requested a drink menu to order wine and was never attended to after that. I went up to someone asking for my water and dessert after 45 minutes and was finally delivered water and a fruit salad (the same "dessert" I had at lunch). I was supposed to be given a choice of what to eat out of two options. I was dressed appropriately, clean, and waited patiently. For me, the service is just as important as the hotel itself. Maybe they hate Americans here? That's sure what it felt like.
