Terrible checkin process

Probably the worst check in experience possible. 1 member of staff, extremely long and inefficient process, 10 people waiting all with business to get to. Not enough staff. Appalling service. We stay here twice a year for a week each time with 8 members of staff so we are not insignificant guests. Always the same terrible checkin process. Extremely frustrating!

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. It was very close to the airport metro stop; you can see it as soon as you step outside. It was about a city block walking to get there. The room was fine, but the air conditioning could have been better (from an American perspective). The pool was really nice and refreshing after travel. The restaurant was pretty good and there were some games in the lobby for kids (Foosball and Pacman). To get to the airport, you can take a train shuttle to the terminal from the metro stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd return if coming/going from the airport. (Booked a triple room for two adults and a child)

I hate to give poor reviews, but this hotel is dire. Normally we stay at Novotel or ibis styles in this area, but decided to treat ourselves to the Pullman to celebrate my husbands birthday. Only stayed 1 night luckily. It was an exceptionally hot day. Arrived in the lobby area, to not be greeted by the person on reception. She kept her head down and finally called us over and asked for various items in French - we asked if she could speak any English ? It went downhill from there. We are platinum Accor but received no benefits on this booking - she kept saying it was because we had not booked with Accor but we had. We’d asked for a high floor and air con working due to my husbands medical condition. She ignored those too. She was very confrontational. Air con was 27 on arrival and we managed to get to 23 by the time we left after a poor nights sleep. On checkout, when asked about our stay, we were apologised to but too late.

SMELLY ROOM AND SHEETS, poor service, lied about a refund.

We arrived late on Friday August 2nd , enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant and headed up to our room about 1030pm. We thought we had booked a room with a bathtub. The sheets were damp and smelled like mildew, as though the bed had been made before the sheets were dry. We returned to the lobby and asked for a room with a bathtub. After about a half hour, an employee named Daba apologized that there were no available rooms to change to, and told us a manager would give us a refund on Monday. We confirmed this when we left Saturday morning. We did not get any other names of any other employees at the hotel. After not seeing a refund when we returned home, we emailed with an employee named Amelie who told us we would not be receiving a refund because we booked a non-flexible rate. Even after I explained what happened, she reiterated no refund would be offered, in spite of what we were told at almost midnight the night of our arrival.

I travel to France often for work but this was my first time bringing my wife & 3 kids. I was completely disappointed with the disrespect I received from the manager and the way my family was treated. Save your money & sanity: stay at another hotel at CDG or look at one of the AirBnB houses close by. We booked a suite for 1 night before our morning flight from CDG. I was informed by Ndeye at the front desk that only 4 people are allowed in the room so I would need to purchase an additional room - even though my 3 kids are all young (under 12). After speaking to the manager I agreed and we booked the additional room only to find out our originally booked room wasn't ready even though it was 1.5 hours after check-in. I was frustrated but respectful. After waiting in the lobby with the 3 kids I asked if my wife could go to the 2nd room we just booked instead of waiting for both rooms. It's now 4p, 2 hrs after check-in. The manager refused, stating, "How do I know you all won't go into the 1 room together." I was confused. Since I had now booked 2 rooms why would I only use one? She rudely insisted that we might "try to get 5 people into 1 room," questioning my integrity and prohibiting anyone from accessing the room that was available. Her attitude and demeanor the entire exchange was short and dismissive - clearly she had pre-decided what type of guests we might be. I can overlook the mistakes at the restaurant and the malfunctioning A/C, but disrespectful treatment by staff is intolerable. I never expect kindness from strangers but I also don't expect unkindness from people in the service sector. And she was very unkind. It was unnecessary, unprofessional and not what I'd expect for the rate & ranking of this hotel. Do better. Hire better.
