Perfect for business trips

This is my fourth stay at the Pullman in Auckland, the rooms are always very clean and comfortable, I find the staff very attentive and the overall experience perfect for my business trips. The gym and pool are very good which is a real bonus, I will be staying again soon.

This was my first time staying at the Pullman hotel in Auckland (attending an awards show also being hosted in the hotel.) Before the event I enjoyed a lovely soak in the spa pool, had a beer and fries at the bar for a good price and lounged in their cheapest room option which still felt very comfortable and good value. My biggest reason for the review is the amazing concierge team who went above and beyond for me. Being given a large A1 photograph print + mount during the awards well after midnight, Josh and his team were very graceful in helping me ship it back to Christchurch as it would never have been able to fit on the plane and travel safely. They arranged everything, including wrapping the package and handling payment on my behalf. It arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. Hats off to the team at Pullman for pulling out the stops for an odd request. A Quality stay and will come again.

Amazing stay, staff very helpful thank you. Beds are super comfortable. Clean room. Did not have time to use the spa pool but will next time I stay. Location is close to everything in walking distance. Coffees made well. Only stayed overnight so did not get a chance to try the food but will on my next stay.

The Pullman lives up to its 5 star rating. Very luxurious feel as you walk in, conveniently located to everything. Staff are amazing, breakfast was delicious you can also order off a menu if you’re wanting eggs Benedict etc. My King Room was excellent, extremely clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Facilities were great. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely be book here again.

Wow. The best service. Such amazing staff, the little touches to detail were on point. The food was fantastic, and we had a really memorable and enjoyable time. I would 100% go here again. It was very clear that these people know what they are doing. Thank you for a really special evening.
