We stayed here for 3 nights with family and friends to attend a wedding nearby. While the rooms were very good and the staff friendly we feel that there could have been better communication. We did not know about the shuttle from the airport and weren’t offered the children’s Pullman packs ( they had run out by the time we asked for them!). We thought paying $50 for the 4 hours the babysitter was there expensive as well as the breakfasts, although there was a great selection of food. The overall presentation was excellent, loved the Christmas decorations and everything was clean and tidy

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by each and every staff. I accidentally left my passport in the room and only realized it when I was at the airport. In a moment of panic I called the hotel and Mr. Singh (sorry I didn’t recognise the first name) quickly stepped in to help. He immediately arranged a taxi to deliver my passport to the airport, ensuring I made my flight on time. His quick thinking and prompt response turned what could have been a disaster into a seamless resolution. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you, Mr. Singh, and the entire team, for your exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Sensational food and cocktails, and incredible service (Anton looked after us, he was amazing and friendly). If it was socially acceptable, I would have licked the plates, the food was that good I didn’t want any to go to waste. If you’re in Auckland CBD, I wholeheartedly recommend Tapestry.

We travel a lot and we were surprised to find that this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Everyone was super friendly & helpful. Some staff went well beyond our expectations!! We loved the beds, pillows, pool, fitness center, breakfast etc.

My stay was very comfortable including the room and other facilities. The location is very convenient and close to the waterfront. The front office team made my stay worthwhile with their polite and professional ways. RJ has been very prompt and helpful!
