142 euro peu chère pour avoir une vue sur le mur des remparts. les serviettes de bain il faut faire attention et retuliser les serviettes de la veille. Je suis d accord mais pourquoi la télé et resté en veille. Et pour finir le personnel du petit déjeuner peuvent nous demander si tout va bien ou si il manque une chose et la pas une parole

Hotel in centro a Saint Malo, con parcheggio a pagamento appena fuori dalle mura. L’entrata alle camere è esterna alla struttura, ascensore minuscolo, quindi prepararsi a fare le scale. Camera non molto grande con vista sul porto. L’arredamento delle camere e di tutto l’hotel in stile marinaresco è molto bello, permette di immergersi nella storia della città. Buona colazione servita in Cambusa.Prezzo nella media.

Nicolas what an amazing ambassador you are for the Ibis brand, great Customer service and help from the beginning of our stay Rooms are spacious and comfortable, my only slight grumble is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, I hope on the next fitout this can be added, apart from that I’m very happy, thank you 🙏

We booked 2 nights, a Standard room for 2 persons and 1 kid 4 years old. We got confirmation. Upon our arrival, receptionist applied EXTRA charge €50 for 1st night in Premium room (room 100) and €200 for the family room of 2nd night with the reason that we are 3 persons and the hotel doesn’t offer free services for kids more than 2 years old. This is NOT totally acceptable with hotel confirmation that we received, specially we’re platinum and All Plus clients of Accord. Ibis style didn’t respect Accord hotel rules. We got very bad experience for our first night in Premium room. We walk up many times by the noise from the street, odeur of carpet and toilet was too strong. Never come back.

Madame, Monsieur MARTINI, Afin de clarifier les choses : vous avez réservé une chambre double standard pour 2 adultes. Vous pouvez d'ailleurs le lire sur vos confirmations, mais vous le savez déjà. Vous êtes arrivés avec votre enfant de 4 ans, or il est formellement interdit de séjourner dans une chambre double à plus de 2 personnes. Le fait d'être client Platinum Accor ne permet pas de déroger aux règles de sécurité. Pour votre première nuit, une chambre confort vous a été exceptionnellement proposée moyennant le supplément de 50€ car celle-ci est plus spacieuse. Pour la seconde nuit, vous avez bénéficié d'une chambre familiale car nous en avions une de disponible. Vous nous voyez navrés que votre expérience fut mauvaise pour la première nuit, mais si vous aviez réservé pour 2 adultes et votre enfant de 4 ans dés le départ cela ne serait pas arrivé puisque vous auriez séjourné dans une chambre familiale adaptée. Friendly staff - nothing too much trouble, Bedrooms are excellent and comfortable. Breakfast also excellent. Only minor comment would be that this hotel has what appears to be the world's smallest lift!! This hotel has never let us down ever on several visits
