We have stayed in dozens of Ibis hotels and realise they are for the budget traveller. The hotel itself was just the usual, but because we arrived reasonably late on a Sunday evening, with nothing much open around we decided to order our meal for the evening at reception. I ordered soup to start, with chicken curry for main course. My wife ordered the mouzacca. The young lady on reception disappeared and we sat down. We waited an hour and my wife went back to reception to ask what was going on. The girl said she had put the tray on the counter half hour ago. It was in jars and had been microwaved. She microwaved it all again and brought them back. We were so shocked at paying €6 for soup in a jar and €16 each for our main courses in a jar. Unbelievable. Please please do not fall for this one. Burger king is around the corner and would be better value.

Clean, comfy room - nice breakfast, good location. Felt a bit upset with how ordering breakfast could be dealt with. Nice and homey nevertheless. If we had 5 children the crevice in great in the double bed however with a partner slightly annoying.

This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. A clean room that slept 3. Small bath with shower, a few hangers a table and a tv. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea and coffee machine in reception, with cold drinks and snacks in fridges. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. There is a garage to park your car. We could use it to park our bicycles for free! I slept like a log but husband found the bed hard. Ideal hotel for one night to catch the ferry! Price reasonable

Useful but not up to all the expectations of an Ibis hotel. (bed not too good) No restaurants close bye: 15 minute walk.... Good parking facilities (12€/24H) Covered & closed: Hotel accepts you leave your car while in Jersey for a couple of days...

Horrible mattress

The mattress is terrible. Kind of like sleeping on the floor, but with springs and a bar in the middle. The bathroom had a tub, but different colors of mold growing in the caulk and joints. Decent sized room for France, but layout could be better ( and without the bunk bed). But really the mattress is terrible ( this is after asking if another room had a nicer bed and being told that pillow tops were only in 3 star hotels). Spend an extra $10 to get a nicer place and not toss and turn awake for hours.
