Hier ist deine persönliche Beurteilung auf Englisch: --- From the moment I arrived, SOFITEL Tamouda Bay exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is easily accessible from Tetouan Airport, making the journey smooth and effortless. If you’re considering a stay here, I highly recommend upgrading to a Beach Suite—it's absolutely worth it. My suite was spacious, elegantly designed, and radiated a warm, positive atmosphere. The highlight: A large terrace just 15 meters from the pristine beach and sparkling sea. The setting is simply perfect for unwinding in complete privacy, allowing for serene and truly relaxing days. I visited in February, during the off-season, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to those seeking peace and quiet. Despite the lower occupancy, the service remained impeccable. From housekeeping to room service, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. At no point did I feel that the hotel was understaffed—on the contrary, every request, even those beyond the usual, was met with efficiency and a genuine smile. SOFITEL has created a true hidden gem here, still largely undiscovered by Western European travelers. For solo travelers, I especially recommend visiting in spring or autumn—ideal temperatures paired with the luxury of privacy make for an unparalleled experience. Would I return? Without a doubt.

We had a nice and relaxing stay, the staff was very friendly, especially Khalid and Salah from room service, thank you both for the great and professional service. The room was clean and the decoration we requested met our expectations. We definitely will be back for a longer period.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff and great ambience. We did go in the down season so it wasn't busy which I love. The beach and pool are were amazing. If you did not want the outdoor pool, they'd a warm indoor pool in the spa. The breakfast was good, with a nice range of items. The food from the restaurants were really good for lunch and dinner, although the choice was limited due to it being off season., however my daughter and I were happy to eat the burger and fries every night... delicious. The portions were huge, made the mistake of ordering 3 dishes that we could barely finish, but finish we did because they were delicious. Only blip was the room service, on the one occasion it was not up to par for the sofitel, considering that everything else had been amazing, however when I spoke to the manager, the service recovery was amazing and I cannot fault it. Overall smashing place and I'm already planning to take my parents as they would love it.

This is without doubt the best Sofitel of the lot. I can't say enough good things about this property and their staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way to assist me in a variety of ways. Talking to Yassmine (the concierge team) you can understand the focus to detail that is so important to them and the Sofitel brand; Yassmine was so wonderful that she gave us a courtesy call prior to getting to the hotel and even gave an upgrade. Yassmine you a true asset to the Sofitel brand. While you will be impressed with the facilities you will be blown away how the resort in itself is spacious and spectacular. The rooms are large and clean; the bathrooms are stocked and spacious. Great food options from casual, to Italian, Steak, Asian or local fish on the beach. The food service team executes flawlessly. The rooms are modern; luxurious and spacious. They are well maintained; clean and the housekeeping team are always on call. The grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. Swimming pool is large but we didn’t use it as it was cold (not heated); BUT the wonderful indoor swimming pool allowed us to enjoy every aspect of the holiday, (Sofitel do allow kids under the age of 16 to use the indoor pool; this is only until 2pm); The beach is looked after by hotel staff and there is a private section; due to the off season (weather we didn’t really use the beach). Breakfast was not busy at all; there was not a huge selection (due to it being off season) but we were well looked after. Hotel was decorated pretty for Christmas. If you are wondering if this is or isn’t the hotel for you, ignore the poor reviews. This is truly a wonderful hotel and we may well return. The staff are all kind; caring and attentive. We loved every day with you. Five stars all round.
