This hotel is super clean and modern and in the perfect location to get around Paris with the main train station and Metro just across the road, the hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming, something that stood out was the the elevators that are controlled by your pass, which means it's only you inside and takes you direct to your floor rather than multiple stops or over crowding. Our room was breathtaking with a great view out the window of paris and perfectly designed for comfort with a king size bed. We would like to thank Fabio and Linshan from customer relations checking desk that made our welcome fun and engaging. We will most definitely return to this location again in the near future. Highly recommend.

On arriving to Paris i find out my luggage is traveling way more than i am. And on having to embark shortly on a river cruise , found myself fortunate to have the kind and quite effective assistance of Laurance F & Sarah. My french helped me pretty much understand how efficient, professional and kind the Concierges worked on my behalf. They battled for me, when the airline didnt want to deliver the luggage and also tracking the morose delivery service. While making sure to get it it to me on time. My gratitude also extends to Juan. The staff works together as a team , but what impressed me the most their personable kind service that in a hotel of this size. showed that the hospitality service is not just the impressive physical plant but the humanity of the staff. The restauran (Umami) has great menu options. And the breakfast buffet quite extensive. The location is centric by train station and within walking distance of vibrant young community, restaurants,shops market & pharmacies. Great area to explore walking. The room? Clean n modern, they provide robes. And even gift you a pair of sandals. It was great to stay at a hotel that felt to be at home.

A great hotel in a great location. It’s a huge place, but it had great service. The breakfast buffet that is included with our stay was over the top! So many choices of food in every category. The breads! The eggs, the fruit and vegetables! It went on for days!! The room is modern and very comfortable. Everything was so clean and the concierge was incredibly helpful. We used them many times. I would definitely recommend them and stay there again.

Huge, impersonal hotel

Hotel is massive - rooms are good and the gym is good. A shame that the rooftop bar is run independently and is very difficult to get into (and minimum spend of 50euros each). Reception area is relatively small relative to the size of the hotel. It was my mum's 80th birthday and we booked 4 rooms for 3 nights - and did pre-warn the hotel of the occasion so was expecting a little more special treatment. But the hotel is so big and so busy with tourist groups I think it's difficult to get that personal touch..

Very nice hotel and staff, Thank you very much for the kindness but mostly assistance. The concierge team, give us very useful advice for the metro and also helped us with tickets to Versailles. Ali, Julie, Sarah were really nice and professional.
