Great One Night Stay

We booked a one night stay here before heading to Disneyland with our toddler. Great warm welcome from the team in reception. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the travel cot was in great condition. Their sustainable initiatives such as water fountains at the lift areas are a great touch. The bathroom was large and great to have separate toilet. I'd definitely recommend for location next to the train station. Didn't eat In the hotel so can't comment on that.

Good location near Montparnasse Train station.

Close to the train station but away from traffic. Very welcomed upon arrival and helpful checkin. We were there for business and the room was perfect for our needs. Food was good and breakfast well stocked with a wide range of fresh breakfast foods. Room was basic but clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Overall would recommend.

The staff here is outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for their service. Here are just a few of the staff that i nteracted with: - Brandy - From day 1 (we where here 5 nights) - She helped with any questions I had. She was very friendly and provided our room ahead of time at 12 (vs. 2 pm check-in) since we landed super early. She helped with directions, anything we needed with the room - cleaning,extra pillows. - Farrah - When my daughter got sick, Farrah called SOS doctors and got us the appointment. When the doctor came to visit the room, she was there to translate and provided us guidance on where to get the medicines. - Sasha - in the kitchen/bar - anytime we needed extra plates, food, salt for my daughter to gargle - he was there to provide this information. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for everthing! We had to extend our stay since my daughter got sick and was very grateful for a staff who understood English (since we dd not know French). I would stay here again and again!

we booked 2 rooms, one family room and one double, the double room was too small with hardly any space for our clothes, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was very poor to the degree we were questioning if the hotel really have an air condition system, this was not not an issue in the first few days since the weather was little cold but the last few days when it got really hot, it becomes a real problem, we were forced to spend the evening downstairs in the lobby because the rooms were too hot we called the staff many time, somebody will come to the room, press few bottoms and they will tell all set and we should feel better soon but that did not happen, the rooms remains very hot and difficult to sleep, breakfast was very good, staff were very nice and try to help, location was OK, there are some restaurants close by but to get to the main attraction you rely on Public transportation, cabs or Uber I think the price is too expensive for this hotel, Not sure I would consider it a 4 star hotel, probably a 3 star hotel with poor air condition, nice breakfast and nice staff

Great place to stay and staff extremely nice .Rooms nice and clean .Amazing breakfast and very cooperative staff . The only issue is little far from main city center /Eiffel Tower. However the neighborhood is really good and has many eating joints .
