Great hotel for our city break.

From check in to check out all staff we engaged with were friendly, helpful and lovely. Rooms were as what you would expect with the Ibis brand. Our room was bright, clean and perfect for our city break. Room was quiet, we were on the top floor, and had a very comfortable bed with gorgeous soft, plump pillows. Ensuite had toiletries (lovely smelling) and great showers. Only two towels on arrival but asked at reception and more provided. Easy to get to from the central station and with shops/restaurants right on your doorstep. No kettles in the room (but to be honest we were out most of the time so did not miss it), you can request one at reception. Breakfast was buffet style and all the food was fabulous, missing the pancakes. This Ibis is doing everything right, we loved our visit. Thank you.

accueil froid, méprisant, aucune aide : personnel non coopératif voir moqueur. Si le premier jour aucun n'avait un mot en français, le lendemain ces mêmes personnes pouvait dire quelques mots. impossible d'utiliser le logiciel de traduction : le personnel resté fermé. Chambre sale, douche cassée, mauvais écoulement de l'eau. petit déjeuner peu soigné. en discutant avec d'autres hôtes français comme nous, nous avons compris la raison de la différence de traitement : la couleur de notre peau. c'est affligeant en 2025 pour une ouverture internationale de se retrouver face à ce type de personne. Le soir, une personne a eu pitié de nous. Petit déjeuner que nous avons payé alors que c'était inclus, deux serviettes alors que nous étions trois. il me semble que ce poste de réceptionniste ést un poste multilangue et un accueil humain. Je ne le recommande pas, pourtant membre de la chaîne je l'ai toujours utilisé dans mes voyages.

The room was very cold when I arrived and it took half a day to get it to a tempertature that was standard. The room was a bit run down (holes in carpet for example). The service is the bare minimum and the staff does not respond quick to queries. The location was very good though.

Een nacht in Ibis Rotterdam City ( voor de 2e keer) Aankomst was erg gastvrij en persoonlijk Kamers : Prima en Netjes Het ontbijt is echt prima en goed en personeel vriendelijk en meedenkend Helaas wel echt een minpunt (: ik werd de hele nacht wakker gehouden door een geluid mogelijk door Riolool ) > Hopelijk kan ik nog iets van een compensatie krijgen Nogmaals een fijn hotel zeker 3,5 ster
