Central de reservas com atendentes ineficinetes. Levei 2 dias para conseguir uma simples reserva por incompetencia por parte do atendimento. Cada um passava um valor, depois perceberam que me deram valores da data errada, não confiarmavam as reservas por email, tive que obrigar o atendimento concluir a reserva por telefone pois se dependesse da confirmação por email teria levado 1 mês. Nunca mais manda nenhum cliente para esse hotel.

Ibis NH is very well located facing BR116 road and close to downtown, and outlet mall. Services, Internet connection, breakfast are good. There is also a buffet option for dinner. Despite being close to the road, rooms are quiet, providing a good night of sleep.

A qualidade dos atendentes desta recepção caiu muito, uma ANTIPATIA. Podem verificar pelo meu cadastro quantas vezes me hospedei nesta unidade. Impossível andar de pés descalços no quarto, podre de sujeira. Da cama ao banheiro os pés ficavam pretos.

If you want to lay on a rigid bed and get sand flee bites... go ahead! (ho and please explain how there could have been sand flees when so far from a beach!?!?!) Only one employee was bilingual and nice. The others were "in training" or not interested in giving customer service. The breakfast buffet was basic and awful to say the least. If I had know that almost no deliveries were possible in the area for the other meals, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Terrible old mattress

Terrible old mattress at all rooms, you can even see the curved mattress through the bed sheets, my back hurts after 2 nights there, imagine you have a wall in between you and your wife while sleeping so you can have an idea of how deep the mattress are deformed. Terrible service, it was a fight trying to get the money back from the nights I did not use. They basically did not want to refund it, I was forced to dispute the charge in my American Express Platinum in order to get my money back.
