The area is a little busy, and hotel is almost 1hour 10 minutes away from the airport, but once you are inside the hotel its like home. the front desk is quiet quick to assist you and provide you rooms, they have self service welcome drink also next to the front desk. (The Herbal Tea was Bad, but the Lemon Basil Tea was fabulous) Rooms are neat clean and lovely we had booked 4 rooms and we all were happy and satisfied. the rooms are neat clean and tidy, don't expect any view from the window as views are concrete on all sides. breakfast is awesome, Me being vegan plus Satvik Chef Mintu made me lovely breakfast. They have lovely spa and swimming pool worth trying. the gym facility is good too. wifi is quiet fast no complaints. overall a brilliant stay

Had a good experience during my stay at Novotel. Decent rooms, cleanliness maintained, well spoken staff. Also enjoyed the breakfast with varied options. Special thanks to Lovi for ensuring things went smooth, and guests are well taken careof. Though my only feedback for improvement is to have better coordination of Sales. I had a corporate booking done by my company admin. But when I asked reception, it was not showing up in system. This happened few times and could have been more smooth. Hopefully this will be addressed. Overall, thank you for the wonderful stay.
