Good hotel with great location and amenities. Visited multiple times on business visits. Good food and very friendly staff. The food was great specially with the local cuisines from Gujarat. Sleep quality was good. The experience can be improved by looking at the traveler history and allowing unnecessary delays for taking pre authorizations.

We had a long weekend in Ahmedabad recently in this wonderful relaxing hotel. The staff were absolutely accommodating and hospitable. We had a slight issue when we arrived with the allocated room and this was changed without any fuss. I would recommend spending some time relaxing by the pool in the shade and enjoying the heat. My wife enjoyed a good facial treatment in the Spa. The feature wall in the lobby is an excellent intro to what the city has to offer. After a week in Mumbai, this place was a great tonic.

I realised that at Novotel Ahamadabad I am getting only 5% discount it was expected to be 15 to 20%. As I am holding all plus card, some time I get 20% some no, why Even magicbrics also offering 5 % , then what is use of having accord membership?

The room I was given was a very old one. Not that I had any issues with it, however, bathroom was not much clean. The hand shower at the shower area was not functioning. There was a white coating on top of all the taps, probably due to the quality of the water. For me bathroom hygiene in a hotel is a top priority against which Novotel did not seem to be up to standard. Kindly keep a note of this for future references.
