Excellent location, but I never felt comfortable

This apartment hotel is located at Rue de Paris, just around the corner of the RER station. The Metro station is only a jump away. Restaurants and bars are closeby - so if you only look for a good night sleep, this hotel might be ok. If you look for a comfortable place, however, I do not recommend this place. The appartments look cheap and had the appearance of being dirty. Hence, I never felt at ease although I cannot claim that it was dirty. The room itself is equiped with a bed and a sleeping couch. There is a kitchenette equipped with all necessary tools and lots of plates, cuttlery, so this would actually have been a plus in case I would have wanted to stay there more than one night. Overall, I do not understand why it is so difficult to obtain a decent hotel room at the price of around 150-200 € in the Paris area. The Adagio certainly does not change this impression.

Me and my husband stayed here 14 days for our honeymoon. Even though it all started well, it all got worse after one week. As they say on their website: "For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included." Well, the housekeeper never came to our room for 14 whole days. When we asked after one week staying at the hotel, they told us the housekeeper would come on monday. When they didn't show up, we asked again. They said tuesday this time. When they didn't show up on tuesday either, they told us wednesday. Wednesday they didn't show up, we got a bit annoyed. One of the staff talked to us and gave us a sincere apology. She told it is not their fault or the housekeepers, but the communication between the company. She said that some information hasn't been updated on their site therefore this happened. She said this not only happened to us, but many other guests also. She told us the housekeeper had said we hung up the sign "Do not disturb". But that is not true. We never did since we really wanted our room cleaned??? She then promised that they would fix this and come on thursday instead, and would also bring new towels and bed sheets to our room tonight so we had something to change our beds with. NONE of that happened. We never got new bed sheets or towels. And no one said anything to us the very next day either.... Thursday no one came. We asked for new towels and bed sheets, but they were empty they said. Friday no one came. We asked again for new bed sheets, but they were still empty. I told the man in the reception we have payed for 14 days and a weekly housekeeper were supposed to be included, he said they come saturday morning (so basically they told us "tomorrow" 6 days in a row now). But as far as we know, housekeepers at that hotel don't come on weekends... I asked if we are getting some kind of compensation for this, since we have payed for 14 whole days? Then he just said "Don't know", looked away and was suddenly very busy even though we were the only ones there. Then we just went to our room again without getting any answer, just the feeling of being repeatedly lied to and ignored. This particular experience ruined the whole impression of the hotel and the staff for us. It is a big disappointment, since the staff was very nice in the beginning. But repeatedly being lied to and being ignored ruined it for us. Like I also told them beforehand we arrived; I am very allergic to dust mites so this was a catastrophe when the bed sheets not being changed for two weeks. I am also 7 months pregnant so it affected my health very negatively. I am sorry that I can't write anything positive since this really ruined our stay. We won't recommend anyone staying here for more than a few days. I will say this is the worst treatment we have ever gotten from a hotel staff. I really don't appreciated being repeatedly lied to and ignored like this.

Just back from a 10 day stay here with my son. The hotel is ideally located within a few minutes walk from two Metro stations and the RER line for Disneyland. Although it's on a main road, it is well designed as our room was set well back and looked onto a quiet side road. I heard no traffic noise at all, nor did I hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. This, together with air conditioning and blackout blinds meant that we never failed to have a good night's sleep. There is a 2 ring hob, microwave dishwasher and ample sized freezer in the studio room (which also wasn't noisy) so I was able to prepare some basic meals. We were even able to sit around a little table for eating, so there was enough space. But there were also plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The receptionists at the hotel were so kind and friendly. They made us feel so welcome and always had a smile. Vincennes has some lovely little boutique shops, bakeries, patisseries, vibrant cafés. I could have spent a fortune! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will very happily stay here again.

Great Location for Pris and EuroDisney

We stayed here at the end of July and found the rooms to be spacious, well equipped and clean. 2 adults and one child. We opted for no breakfast option as we could easily buy fresh croissants and breakfast items from the local patisseries. The rooms have tea/coffee facilities but I would advise taking your own teabags and coffee. The rooms all have substantial fridges, a microwave, stove and even a dishwasher. Just be aware that cleaning is only done daily if you are there for more than a week. The hotel is well situated and there's plenty of public transport to take you into central Paris. We didn't realize this, but the RER that goes to Euro Disney is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. A bonus if you want to take a day trip out. Nearby there is a massive park with lakes, a castle, and beautiful gardens. You can hire bikes and ride around the park or just around the area. I would recommend this as an excellent family activity.

Chegamos de noite e fomos atendidos pelo funcionário Alan, que demorou mais de uma hora para fazer o check in de 2 quartos, fazendo o tempo todo “piadinhas” em francês que nós não entendíamos. Para piorar, nos deu um quarto errado (cama matrimonial) apesar de eu insistir que a reserva era para camas de solteiro. Ele só acreditou em mim, após ter acesso à internet e mostrar o e-mail da Gerência com a confirmação. Paguei em espécie. Ele pegou o dinheiro e falou para uma das funcionárias que iria usá-lo para ir a dançar! Pouco profissional, constrangedor, machista e racista. Ele foi muito desrespeitoso ao fazer piadinhas e rir. Como podem ter um funcionário assim trabalhando com vocês?????
