Sofitel Opera is an excellent hotel well located in central Frankfurt. We really enjoyed our relaxing two night stay. Very good service, nice bar and dinner. Very interesting building. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. We will return!

Tararules Friends getaway - Opinia zatwierdzona w TripAdvisor

After a disaster with my BA flight and with no luggage I arrived and was efficiently greeted by the concierge desk who efficiently checked me in. When I told I him my luggage had been lost he wasted no time and provided me with all the essentials plus an offer of getting my dress washed so I could wear it to my event. Sadly I didn’t take his name but he was so wonderful and continued to offer help throughout my stay. I also had a wonderful experience with a staff member called Sandeep Achriya (hope that’s the correct spelling!) . He was amazing - he seemed to know what I wanted without having to ask- he remembered what I had been drinking the night before - his recommendations of food and wine were spot on. Everything was done with a smile and we felt very pampered - he also organized our tables beautifully when our friends came to visit. Next time we have to fly to Frankfurt as my husband often does we will only stay at this hotel. Thank you Sofitel.

Close to Alte Oper, nice business hotel

It is a very nice business hotel in a good location, close to the Alte Oper. Very modern, I had a rather big Junior Suite. At Sofitel, you get a good average, nice if small rooms (not in my case this time), modern, no frills, and average service. Somebody seems to be committed, but this is the exception. At the breakfast buffet, only a nice lady was welcoming and helpful. The rest of the staff was uninterested, hectic, and probably overworked (although the restaurant was almost empty). The windows are not soundproof, which is a big flaw. Not bad, but not more than average.

Loved this hotel! Great location with plenty of food and shopping nearby. The hotel staff was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and ready when we arrived at noon, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included in our stay and the buffet was impressive and you could also order other items.
