Great location just a few minutes walk from the main train station. Easy access to many attraction within the city - walking distance. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we really appreciated the welcome amenities. We actually stayed here twice at the beginning and the end of our holidays. Great team, friendly and helpful. Will stay here again for sure if we are back in Frankfurt.

This hotel is a gem. Spotlessly clean, good sized room and bathroom, and really comfortable beds. The area near the station is a bit tatty - but so close to everything, and the security at the hotel is superb. We felt so safe - 3 levels of security access to get to your room (and 4 at night). We never felt unsafe around the hotel. The staff were lovely, spoke excellent English which was helpful for us. Nice coffee machine in the room and a supermarket next door. 5 min walk to the Station so brilliant if you are travelling around. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a central location The area outside the hotel is not the best but you are never in danger However once inside it is a very nice hotel. Super efficient front desk staff where nothing is too much problem. Rooms good, beds superb comfort. Breakfast is excellent. Most nights the hotel bar open. Great hotel will return soon

I've stayed around different hotels in Frankfurt and this hotel had the best breakfast! The service at the breakfast lounge was very helpful and kind. The hotel is on a busy street so it may seem hectic but once you're inside it's very nice. It's very secure, you have to have your key card to even open the hotel door entrance .

Bad attitude from front desk staff.

I really don’t recommend this hotel. The experience I had at checkout with this German lady was horrible. She was so rude to me…I didn’t even feel welcomed as an Accor member. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was delicious and the room which was nice but the toilet and curtains were abit dirty. This woman wasn’t even trying to hear my side of the story and was straight up rude. She was trying to charge me the full amount stay just because I was an hour late, due to being sick and it took me abit longer to get my 4 year old ready…As a member i do have the benefits for late checkout. I tried calling the reception to inform them about it but the phone wasn’t working. Anyways she had such a bad attitude…I don’t even understand why these type of people work at the front desk or in customer service. Her colleague was nicer but he also tried to charge me the full amount when i checked in even though I booked the room with points. Anyways I definitely won’t be staying here again. Plus at night there are many homeless and drug addicted people in front of the hotel which is kind of scary…
