Most devastating stay I ever had in a five star hotel..

I can just warn anyone: Don’t book yourself in this narcissistic environment.. Accor group is well known for its narcissistic, french attitude.They let it out on their own guests! I checked in as a single, female guest. The perfect victim to play me and they did, in all kind of ways. The entire stay, they tried to drive me nuts, tried to give me a hard time.They made me wait for everything. I had to wait an whole hour to get a ridiculous bottle of water to my room after I already had an intense work out at the gym and while the room temp was 35 degrees inside! No AC! I barely couldn’t breathe.. I was totally dehydrated but they really didn’t care..Instead they made everything even more worse.. It started with the super old hairdryer. It didn’t even include a cooling mode to dry my bleached hair. The temp was so hot, it even broke some of my my hair! I was shocked. I called the front desk and complained about it. The whole drama began.They didn’t show any empathy and just put me on a never ending stand by mode just for having a normal working hair dryer. After three hours, they told me someone is on the way to a drugstore to buy a new one after I sarcastically told them it’s possible to buy modern hairdryers with cool modes for only 9.99 €.. You can’t imagine what happened after those 20 min. The GM called me and told me that he’s actually not planning to get any new hairdryer. Excuse me.?..Instead he will ask a hairsalon near by to borrow one.. (!) and in an even blaming tone he told me, normally, if a guest has those kind of special requests they are happy to provide it but of course will charge for it..! Wait a mom.. So, I got told that someone is already organizing another hairdryer. After 20 mins it turned out that they actually lied to me, and even if my hair got damaged from their own middle aged hairdryer, Im now the one who gets blamed?? But sure, why apologizing, right? Play it as Trump and instead make her even pay for it ;) It was traumatizing how poorly they treated me..To have to wait hours in a sauna (my paid room) not knowing how long this will go on..That frustrating argument w the GM..and tha, he switched again and decided that he will now send someone to buy a new one. What a sick power game..? Another 20 min of waiting.. And guess what..The new hairdryer came surprisingly without a cooling mode.. Btw. After all those crazy making bs, they decided to kick me out w the police, simply because they couldn’t handle my justified criticism..

Friendly staff and always available for your help at any time, giving you all the recommendation needed. luxurious hotel in a quite area and in the middle of the city with an electric car parking spot. just sleep in the bed and let me know if you want to go working on the next day or prefer laying down. simply French touch in a luxurious way

First of all I would like to thank the team in Sofitel for their support to me & the family. My daughter had very high fever and was sick during our entire stay in Frankfurt, what a time to spend our holidays! The hotel was supportive to us. We would love to recommend to anyone that are travelling there to choose this hotel. Location was great too but only unfortunate for us that we did not see the best of it as the whether was not great, where I have a sick child and a father in-law that has walking problems which the hotel supported us with a wheel chair available at all times for him. Very considerate and appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent hotel with good location & excellent staff who have excellent customer services ready and welling to serve customers at any time. I am confident that there is a strong management behind all this who cares about and value their customers.

This is our 4th time at Sofitel Frankfurt and it never ceases to amaze us. Quality of room, cleanliness, breakfast, value for the money, close to shopping, everything has been top notch. The lobby is fantastic and cozy in the same time. Reception staff are doing everything they can to accommodate you. We will definitely be back !
