Very nice hotel, strategic location near the beach, clean lobby and meeting room, there is a coffee corner where everyone can enjoy, an impressive experience even though it was just a short visit for business purposes, the umpteenth time coming to Bali. Friendly and very helpful staff

The family had a great holiday at this property. The resort is fantastic. it is quiet despite at Kuta hottest area. The services received were fantastic. Special thanks to Eka Putra for make sure that guests are well taken care off and provides great experience. Will definitely be back again soon.

Having just completed our stay at the Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel, i can say that we thoroughly enjoyed each and every day there. The Hotel is located right across the beach, next to shops and restaurants and offers spectacular sunset views from it's Riva Bar & Restaurant and swimming pool. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day and the delicious breakfast was a great start to the day. We were treated like royalty from day one by the Manager Suartama and the most polite, humble and accommodating, restaurant and reception staff ever. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff (far too many names to mention as you were all so special to us). Our thanks for the kind gestures at the start of our stay and the beautiful cake on our last day, which truly touched us. We look so forward to seeing you all in the very near future.

I had three trips to Bali in a seven-week period, with each stay in a different section of the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, well presented. I needed to do a lot of work in my room rather than the business centre as I wanted to use the big TV screen. The staff sourced cables and a flipchart board for me to use. The staff in reception, housekeeping (always pleasing surprise to come back and see the new towel display/animal for the day), restaurant, pool bar, maintenance (couple of small things fixed without fuss) and security all did a great job and made the stay relaxing, enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Definitely returning and will be my place of choice. To Putu and the whole team - thanks heaps.

One of the best hotel in Bali

As a 5* hotel managed by AccorHotels, we had expected a lot from it, but there were some contrasts. The hotel seems a bit older than the photos on website, however, it has its the top ten location. Firstly, Reception counter was unexpectedly tricky to be found. Check in process was perfect. Danyu ( if i name correctly) at reception was outstanding. She is superb professional. Riva Bar and the staffs there were great. Love seeing Kuta Beach panoramic view and sunset 🌅 from there. Breakfast at main restaurant was delicious, variety of options, Asian, europian and balinese style meals. My personal fondest spot was Coffee Corner, really appreciate for getting free access of it. Free cold-hot water,coffee, tea and cold juice. Additionally, cookies made my days perfect. Unfortunately, the room #256 next to ours was quite annoying. Every 10 - 15 minutes you can clearly hear them slamming their door. It's hard to fall asleep. That was the only issue we encountered during our stay. All things considered, we received a great service from all staffs and had fun times in Bali. Appreciate it!
