Such great value - perfect location for eating and shopping. The staff could not be more helpful. the pools were great and the breakfast so good with fantastic range of options. Excellent value hotel. Highly recommend. Just can't fault it.

Amazing stay! Breakfast was really good and service from the safe can not be faulted. Location is great as you can walk to the shops, money exchange across the road (great!) and a circle K for snacks. Area is busy enough for walking around at night but not to busy it’s crowded

Great hotel, very conveniently located

This was our fifth trip to Bali but our first stay at Mercure. We were very happy with the hotel and have no complaints at all. We had two rooms - one with the private plunge pool, and both were clean, spacious and well maintained. The hotel has two pools, with the rooftop pool being more suitable for us as we have almost adult children. There was also a reasonable gym at the hotel. The service was always friendly & efficient, from check in , to breakfast or with any additional requests. The breakfast buffet was good quality and enough variety to suit all tastes & preferences. It does get busy at peak times but they even have signs posted outlining the busiest times. The hotel is very conveniently located with many dining and shopping options close by, and a walkable distance to the beach, Kuta , Legian food court. Taxis or scooters are plentiful also if you don’t want to walk. There is a reliable money exchange , laundry service and convenience store directly across the road so overall you have everything you need very close by. Would definitely recommend, especially if you haven’t been to Bali before & want to make your first stay as easy as possible!

We had the best stay ever, would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful experience, the restaurant the rooms everything was just perfect! Iin, especially made our time in Bali so perfect, she is a gem!!! Her kindness and helpful personality made our experience so nice! Will definitely be back!!!
