Lovely hotel but a few niggles

We stayed for a week in July booking direct with Accor. Check in was a bit slow and room was not ready. Had to push for an upgrade as we are gold members. Even though we booked direct it seemed we had booked the Luxury Escapes package along with all the Aussies at the hotel. The nightly cocktails were poor and watered down but the two buffet meals were excellent as was the daily breakfast. The 60 minute massage was also very good. The room was nice and big but everything felt damp all the time. I think this was the air-conditioning. Bathroom and shower were nice and big. Air conditioning was programmed to go off at 02:00 which was very annoying and could not be altered no matter what I tried. Stumbling around in the dark every morning trying to turn it back on was not good. The main swimming pool was too small with not enough sunbeds and too shady. Adults only rooftop pool was lovely but too small for the size of hotel. All of the umbrellas were falling apart as it was quite windy on occasions. Pool bar staff had to be reminded every day about the 20% discount we should have received on F&B. Deliberate or not is questionable but I suspect a lot of people missed this. Overall very nice but catering for Aussies as the surrounding bars and restaurants showed. A bit grotty and more like Blackpool than Bali once you leave the hotel.

Pullman Legian is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Legian. Couldnt fault the location. Just across the legian beach, short walk to Beachwalk mall and many eateries and shopping. Perfect! Stayed here with family, for 5 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean, though little worn out nonetheless, we had a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are huge and we had the lovely view of ocean from the balcony. Every evening there was HBO family movies screening in their cosy garden, with bean bags placed on the grass. Very cute setting! There were hammocks and a swing too to laze around. The service from the staff was outstanding, always with a friendly smile. B'fast buffet was not exceptional but quite good. Overall a very good stay! Very recommended in Legian 👍🏼

The place to be at Bali

We had a lovely week with four families of three (12 in total). The hotel and the services were fantastic. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and always smiling. One of the hotel's highlights was the buffet breakfast, which had different options for every taste, and I recommend it to everyone. The other highlight was the infinity pool. You could relax there from early morning, and there were beautiful sunsets, which were worth experiencing. The hotel restaurant had great food; however, there were many other places nearby for every taste and budget. I would like to thank Lestari, Anita, and Junidi for fulfilling our accommodation requests. I also want to thank Astiti and Andinni for their efforts in successfully returning my jacket, which I had left in the room. It is much appreciated. I highly recommend Pulman Bali Legian to everyone. I look forward to staying there again and enjoying their services on our next trip to Bali.

The hotel and the staff are wonderful. The room we booked was clean and spacious. One staff member Astiti was very helpful and provided the very best service - 6/5. Astiti connected us with a fantastic driver with whom we spent a whole day with. Overall a 10/10 experience.

When I come again to Bali, definitely it will be my first choice! The Ocean view was amazing, at all time, especially at morning. The Restaurant staff are too kind even though the area is Hot and crowded, special mention to Arie and her team Ayu, Seni, Sari, Chandra, Lina, mang ayu, wila, cahya, Nadya, All the smiling face, and ready to do anything you need. Chef you did a great job the food was excellent from the breakfast till dinner I really liked the whole thing here, a good spot to all shops we need.
