We are still currently at the Hotel for another week, we are that highly impressed We are currently looking at re-booking before we go home next week. The staff go up and beyond to meet your requirements, they all have warm welcoming smiles upon their face and do everything they can to make your stay pleasurable The grounds are spotless, The room has been beyond incredible, there-were plenty of choices at the yummy breakfast to cater for everybody, including people with diet requirements We were highly impressed by a young man named JULY who came to our table to introduce himself with the biggest smile and had such a beautiful warm nature, such a beautiful person to talk to, We were both highly impressed with his mannerism and character

Stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave, the facilities are absolutely amazing, staff are really friendly and willing to do what ever you want to feel comfortable. Rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet superb, Elly and the team at the Tjakra 7 Spa are wonderful, both times I visited the spa I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. The infinity pool is the perfect place to watch the sunset of an evening.. Totally recommend The Pullman Legian Bali if you want a place that is clean, close to restaurants, shopping , all your needs are within walking distance.

The only problem I just had was in the pool garden with Michael he need have more better communication with the customer services that was my only problem. Eveything was good. The team from the room cleaners was amazing thank you very much for your great job, from all the waitress staff services they are very happy helpful and super friendly all the time in special Depa Dipa Merta.

We had a beautiful time frame check in to leaving, at meals , room service, bar staff and Dian at travel. Especially must mention Depa, Dipa and Merta for their assistance always delivered with a smile. All the best. Remember to check that you understand the room credit system they operate.

The hotel was NOT a disappointment! We felt relaxed, safe and rejuvenated after our stay. From our breakfast, SENI, Lina, dedek, Ayu, haity, and astiti made sure that we have a hefty meal. Being greeted with a ready smile conveys warmth and hospitality. They customer service is way beyond compare. They are your biggest asset! Our room was impeccably clean. Aircon was strong! Bed & linen were spotless. Towels were immaculately clean & white, no traces of holes or foul smell. Thanks to TRI... Checking in & out was swift. Arya, EKA, and Frans did MORE than their best to facilitate this process. They're SUPERB! I can't wait to see EKA move up the corporate ladder! Yoga, Fendi and your perimeter guards were splendid. They made us feel safe and secure. They were extremely helpful with our bags. Always offering us cold water to beat the Bali heat!!! Two Thumbs up to everyone! I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I can't wait to be back with more family and friends! Thanks for making our FIRST ever Bali trip worthwhile. See you soon!!!
