Als Diamond member wird man nicht erkannt oder Annehmlichkeiten angeboten. Bei Check in habe ich um ein grosses Zimmer gebeten (hatte ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt) I will do my best war die Antwort. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer neben dem Lift wo es sehr laut war. Das gym ist mit 4 Geräten bestückt eines davon ist so gefährlich das es auf den Müll sollte. Das Internet fällt regelmäßig aus. Als Diamond member und Accor Kunde seit 22 Jahren mute ich mir zu folgendes mit anderen Hotels zu vergleichen. Mein Aufenthalt war 14 Tage das Frühstück war immer das gleiche und entspricht nicht mal annähernd einem Ibis Hotel Standard. Nach 08:30 sind die Tische teilweise nicht abgeräumt und der Großteil vom dürftigen Angebot ist leer. Neben dem Hotel sind Baustellen und sehr viel Lärm 24/7. Das schlimmste ist die reception! In 14 Tagen hörte ich kein guten Morgen oder ähnliches - oder bei einer Frage fühlt man sich nicht willkommen weil das ganze Personal + Security immer am Telefon spielen sind! Habe ich noch nie so erlebt! Dem einen Stern gebe ich sehr gerne für die Zimmerreinigung! Sehr freundlich - alles sauber Das Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Die Preis/Leistung ist katastrophal.

Ibis hotel Riyad da kuru temizleme için verdiğim 4 parça ürünün 2 si temiz geldi ve diğer ikisini temizlemeden ütüleyip yollamışlar. Aynı dakika geri resepsiyona verdim ve temizlenip geri geleceğini söylediler. Bir gece sonra sordum gelmemişti. Sabah 1 gün uzatma aldım ve kuru temizleme ücretinin ödenmesi gerektiği ve akşam teslim edileceği söylendi ve ödemeyi tahsil ettiler. Akşam geldiğimde ürünler yoktu ve sorduğumuzda bulamadılar. Biraz sonra bir arkadaş geldi ve odayı kontrol edeceğini söyleyip valizimi ve odayı kontrol etti ve onlarda teslim edilmiş gözüküyormuş dedi. Daha sonra resepsiyona inip baktığımızda ürünün resepsiyon görevlisi tarafından odaya atıldığı ve temizlenmediğini anladık ve yarın check out olduğunu ve toplantıya katılmam gerektiğini söyledim fakat yarın gelin housekeeping müdürüyle görüşün ve paranızı geri alın dediler. Fakat siz gelip odamı arayıp beni yalancılık ve hırsızlıkla itham ettiniz o ne olacak dediğimizde cevap yok. Siz siz olun lbis Riyad otel e gelirken iki kere düşünün. Daha yarın müdür le görüşürken neyle itham edileceğim merakla bekliyorum.

Semplice, essenziale, pulito, centrale . Situato esattamente di fronte al Kingdom Tower, abbastanza centrale nella città (anche se difficile dire cos'è il centro in questa città... ) . Camere semplici e classiche, essenziali ma funzionali nel mobilio; molto comodo il letto. Tutto pulito! Colazione a buffet ricca di prodotti internazionali e locali, tutto buono. un po' di confusione al check-in; ma poi tutto il personale è sempre stato gentile e carino

O hotel em si é razoável e não há grandes razões de queixa. A alimentação poderia ser melhor mas não se pode exigir muito a um hotel de 3 estrelas. O atendimento é bom e rápido, garagem pequena mas com Ar condicionado (pouco visto na Arábia Saudita e faz muito jeito nos dias de calor
