Had a reasonable stay, great location, quiet area, near tube stop. Bathroom is tiny and no outlet for dryer. Shower holder vertical adjust broken. Had to ask for fresh towels

The rooms are small, loud and not very cosy. The staff was super nice but I would not recommend a night here.

We were in London for a family Lunch Celebration and the hotel was ideally situated and good value. The reception staff were extremely helpful both on arrival and when we were leaving. Getting a taxi and offering to look after our bags after check out.
