Pleasant and helpful staff in reception. The room was clean and bathroom tidy with nice towels, shampoo etc. The bed was comfy apart from the terrible pillows which are sorely in need of replacement. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at 6am after a 17hr flight, was told our room was ready but was hotel policy as I booked the early check in I could not have the room until 10am. I as told most Australians book for the night before, I offered to do this but still no. Had to walk around cold London for 4hrs unprepares
