Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so we are sorry to read that this was not the case for you. Regarding the bathroom, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We do not have any record of these issues being reported during your stay, as we would have immediately asked our maintenance team to inspect the room and ensure that everything was working correctly. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we would have been happy to assist. Concerning the toilet brush, we understand that its absence may have seemed unusual. However, please note that toilet brushes are not permitted in guest rooms due to hygiene policies established by the brand. While we appreciate that this may not align with every guest's expectations, it is a standard we are required to follow. We are also sorry that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. We strive to offer a varied and satisfying breakfast experience that complies with all standards established by Accor for the ibis brand. Regarding the black tea, it is normally available as part of our regular selection.
