We are truly delighted to hear that our Front Desk Manager Edward, Jacklyin, and Robert were able to assist you so promptly and patiently when your daughter’s mobile phone was left in the taxi. We can only imagine how stressful that moment must have been, and we’re proud that our team was able to help trace the taxi and recover the phone successfully. Your appreciation of their dedication and calm support means a great deal to all of us. At ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong, we strive to provide not only comfort but also peace of mind during your travels, and it’s wonderful to know our team made your stay even more enjoyable.
